We recently bought a used car and by far it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We dealt with Ashleigh and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and personable and NOT PUSHY at all. We would highly recommend this dealership. Just a great experience all around!

Recently had an excellent experience in acquiring a new Lincoln from Hines Park Lincoln. Was able to acquire a vehicle from a remote location one month ahead of time. Communication was excellent, all commitments were kept, the financing process was easy and the delivery process was also friendly, timely and efficient. Strongly recommend.

Hines Park Lincoln is one of the best Lincoln dealers in Metro area. They are very honest in explaining the things to customers, whether it is sales or service, which is very rare nowadays. My friend leased an SUV from Hines Park Lincoln last year, based on my recommendation. My recent oil change experience was very pleasant. While I was waiting, they kept me informed and once the work is done, the advisor came to the waiting area and informed me to go to cashier to collect the keys.

I recently had to have a wheel replaced on my vehicle. Rebecca made this such a simple process, she was truly on top of everything, very communicative, and extremely considerate. She kept me informed every step of the way. In addition, the servicemen replaced my wipers and took care of a recall on my vehicle that I wasn’t expecting for months! Everything turned out beautifully, and I could not have asked for better service!

I have been taking my two cars (Fusion and Pacifica) to this place for last 5 years. I am happy with the service, return time(s), explanations of the service done to the cars. I wish to return to this place again for next oil change.

Took car in with a problem described as a jerking motion at low speeds and persists as you drive the car. Requested a loaner and got one for the duration of the repair(2mos). Diagnosed a transmission issue and fixed under warranty. Service advisor Rebecca Glover kept me updated weekly. Never had to call and ask for anything unless I had additional questions. Never made me feel like I was a problem, always very receptive and accommodating.

I waited several weeks for my Nautilus to arrive at Hines Park Lincoln. I chose this location, even though it is 2 hours away and I have one close to me, based on customer service and they already had the model (black Reserve with Terra-cotta interior) was already on the way so I didn’t need to order one and wait even longer. It arrived late Friday so I picked it up first thing in the morning. The experience was smooth and I will likely go back when my lease is up and I get the Aviator
