AT&T Store

I’d like to thank Roderick and Jason who took two hours out of there day to help set up a couple of new phones that were having difficulties. Using their technical expertise and patience they were able to resolve all of my issues and keep me a satisfied customer. I greatly recommend coming to this AT&T if any help is needed and visiting either of those two.

Wow! Roderick at this AT&T is such a patient person, we had multiple complications with our phones and he fixed them all! I have never met such a kind worker at a phone store, lol! Also his coworker Jason was great too! They were both great helpers.

I went to this store for a simple but weird request. To fix an upgrade I tried to do by ordering online. I went to this store based on the multiple 5 star reviews of Noah. I didn’t even realize until sitting down with Noah, that he was the manager of the store. He spent a good amount of time with me and fixed my problem, knowing that my intentions were not to purchase a phone or upgrade from him. I ended up buying and accessory. Great experience all the way! Thank you.

Noah at this location is TOP NOTCH !! He always takes time to help you resolve EVERY issue ! I won’t visit this location unless he’s there! Every business needs employees like Noah !! So thankful to have my issue finally resolved today ! Thank you Noah !

Noah was an excellent salesman! He helped my daughter in the summer purchase her new phone and told her to have me come in as he could lower my monthly bill. I did and he did just that I will definitely work with Noah again and will recommend him to others!

Joey was awesome! Incredibly helpful getting my new internet air service ordered and walked me through every step of the way when it came to setting it up! HIGHLY recommend this location and Joey!

This new att shop on Ann Arbor Road, is very nicely set up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Joey was my sales person. He explained everything clearly and helped me get the best options for my needs. Will definitely keep this shop at the top of my list for all Att product needs
