They sent us a picture and delivered when they said they would.

I had a Teleflora arrangement for Easter sent to my daughter. It had a crystal cross. I had 3 others also sent for the occasion to various loved ones. ALL of them also had lilies and roses...like the picture - EXCEPT the one delivered by this establishment. The only thing Easter-y about it was the cross. Quite bummed about the arrangement, and will be letting my florist know that future arrangements sent to my daughter are not to be through Petal Paradise Plus.

I arrived Thursday evening at 6:39PM. They were supposed to be open until 7:00. The open sign was off, and the door was locked. Two employees stood behind the counter, and ignored me while I tried the door, and continued to wave at them. The employees never came to the door.

Furthermore the owner responded to me saying:
1. The hours changed, and they close at 6PM... while the sign clearly says they close at 7PM.
2. That they were open until 7 (they weren't, and the owner has since changed the hours on Google to say they close at 6)
3. That I wasn't there, and their camera proves it.... WHAT??
4. No employees were in the store, while the two men were behind the counter, and then appeared to walk to shelves and arrange/stock. They were not a cleaning crew.

A simple "We were slow that day and closed early, I'm sorry for your inconvenience" would have gone a long way!
