Looks humble on the outside but this is THE place to get appliances! Great selection, expert help and installation. Drive around back to see a LOT of dead appliance brands to avoid! I love this place and it has been a long standing member of the community for a long time!

I don't tend to leave many reviews but our experiences with Radtke Appliance have been so great that I wanted to support their business any way I can. We have bought multiple appliances from Radtke Appliance and couldn't be happier. Every single one of the staff are super helpful and, most important, super knowledgable. They know their products inside and out. Prices absolutely can't be beat. Their products have also stood the test of time as it has been years and multiple houses that we've used them for. I would recommend Radtke Appliance without hesitation for anyone.

I want to say thank you for helping me out over the phone with my appliance question. I called two other places and they would not have their service department call me back stating I would need to have someone come out. I called Radke Appliance and the gentleman looked up my model number and helped me out over the phone to fix my issue. Ryan is simply incredible. We worked with him for over a year, and I can't express what a rarity it is to find such a knowledgeable, kind, honest, and likable expert. We wanted a very specific SubZero. He came to our home several times, made sure our product was perfect, and held our hand every step of the process. His delivery and install was perfect, and it was NOT easy. Ryan spent hours making sure everything was topnotch. He had great apprentices and he paid attention to every detail - even polishing and perfecting. Amazing, attentive communication. It's now been six months with absolutely no problems at all and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our SubZero!! It is everything Ryan said it would be. Contrast this amazing experience with Radtke to a very mid experience we had buying a dishwasher from Grand Appliance (Grand was horrible to work with and we had problems with their product!) Radtke ONLY SELLS tested products that live up to Radtke's great reputation. I will only shop there from now on. It amazing to have a top end appliance store right here locally in my town with such amazing service and staff! A+++++ Radke is Rad!!

We got new but used appliances here for an awesome price and they came and delivered and set them up. The people in the store were super friendly and so were the guys who delivered! I would absolutely recommend Radtke to anyone who needs appliances!

A great local business. Bought all new kitchen appliances without having to visit the showroom. Our Salesman, Jeff Eddingsaas, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful throughout this purchase. We were kept up to date on our delivery and the team that made the delivery were prompt and professional. While setting up our new refrigerator, the installer, Matt, pointed out a folded seal with a small hole on one of the doors. He and his partner immediately called and arranged for the new seal. To be honest, I probably would never have noticed it and many other installers would not have pointed it out. This speaks volumes to me as to the quality of this business.

This is more a testament to Radtke but at the same time a slam on Best Buy. Went to Best Buy needing a Washer Dryer on a Sunday as we were completely down. Was such a terrible experience (see that review for Delafield) waited until Radtke opened Monday.

Had never been in Radtke until that Monday but was completely impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and even selection for what we wanted. At 9:30 am on the Monday they said they could deliver on Wednesday, when I mentioned was leaving town they bumped up the delivery to an hour later at 10:30 on Monday thus almost racing the delivery truck home.

Pricing - was a little worried about getting a fair price going to a smaller retailer. They looked at all the competitors as I stood there and promised to meet or beat anyone else. To my amazement they were $200 cheaper to the next closest competitor.

Next to the delivery - the guys were completely awesome, took away the old ones for no charge, and since the new doors couldn't reverse, brought longer hoses to flip flop the orientation.

Radtke is amazing. They don't nickel and dime you on hoses for hookups, delivery or removal.

Though dreading needing to replace more items, found my go to place from now on.

Our most recent experience was purchasing a refrigerator. I tried Best Buy because I have reward dollars to use. But I wasn't comfortable with the level of knowledge there. Nice people there too but I wasn't inspired to buy (I needed a built-in fridge, and height and depth of the new fridge mattered greatly).

I trust Radtke's opinion of what's good/reliable. At Best Buy, they go off online reviews. Not the worst way to judge but not the best. Radtke has a better understanding of how well various appliance brands perform.

Ultimately, the fridge I bought from Radtke was several hundred dollars better on price (BB didn't offer the same model), and it fit my built-in space better than anything BB was offering. I'm not knocking BB; I still shop there. But for appliance expertise, buy from Radtke.

Lastly, great experience with the installation.

I am so pleased with my recent mattress, box spring, and bed frame purchase from Radtke appliance! Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful, and his years of experience were spot on in his recommendations. Delivery was very quick and efficient, and I appreciated how careful Ryan was, maneuvering the mattress....we all know how awkward mattresses can be when trying to move them! I highly recommend Radtke Appliance for a mattress or any appliance need!

Absolutely great service! The folks there are very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with your questions, etc. They offered me a discount on top of two rebates that were available (I was only aware of one), and made sure everything was installed correctly and the installers even took the time to instruct is how to use the new appliances. Kudos!

Ryan and the team at Radtke Appliance are FANTASTIC! Honest, friendly, and very service-oriented. I had a bad experience with an LG Refrigerator and Home Depot, and am glad I found Radtke, for I will purchase all of my appliances from them. Another great benefit is that they have their own service team, which saves the hassle of trying to get extended warranty coverage through companies like A&E/Sears Factory Service, which is an absolute nightmare.

Thankful for Radtke because I was in desperate need of a good/used/affordable dryer so I called yesterday afternoon and was comfortably at home doing my laundry again within a few hours. I found them to be genuine and friendly. I also think the prices are fair. If I'm ever in need of another appliance this is where I'll be going 👌👌👌

In the past we always went to Home Depot or Colders. We were looking at purchasing a new stove and refrigerator and stopped into Radtke Appliance because we heard good things about it. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to let us know the pros and cons of different makes/models.
Then, we went into Home Depot to see what they had. What they had was row after row of refrigerators, stoves, Etc. and only one salesperson that didn't seem to know the products that well. Went back to Radtke today and after working with a second sales person there, had the same positive experience as the first, and purchased exactly what we were looking for!

Our freezer was 18 years old and started leaking the week of August 9th. We went into Radtke's at 2:00 Friday, August 13th and we had a new freezer in our garage by 5:00 that day. We worked with Dave and were very pleased. We have purchased 9 appliances from them and have no complaints. Thanks for maintaining the local business in Oconomowoc. Mick
