GrandStay Hotel & Conference Apple Valley

We enjoyed our stay the room was quiet, even though it was spring break week you couldn't hear kids running down the hall way. We didn't get in the pool or hot tub because of the amount of kids in there but like I said it was spring break. The Breakfast was good lots of choices even though this one lady was dumping what she could in her purse then she would go to her room come back and do it again (some people).

We were in town for a funeral and the location was great. Very close to funeral home, church and family. Price was reasonable. My only complaint is that the walls seem thin or not well insulated. The person in the room next to us turned the TV on at 4:30 am. It woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep. I don't think it was extremely loud, just on.

MUCH better value than the nearby hotel that I usually have stayed at; room costs were about the same, but paid 1/3 less of total cost since GrandStay did not charge absurdly expensive fees. I did have very poor internet access in my room (419), but my friends on the third floor had no problems. The shower fixtures could use updating, but the suite was furnished comfortably & the bed/bedding was wonderful. Only dealt with one staff member, but he was delightful! Would definitely recommend GrandStay & will return!

I love the hotel,it worths the value of the money paid..The location is accessible to amenities and services.Very quiet location and the staffs are very responsive and helpful. They also needs to improve on the breakfast varieties. Overall, I will recommend and stay there again.

First time here. Stayed 3 weeks for work, love it!! Everything is close by, love it love it! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast served from 6am - 10am!

Autum. Was extremely helpful at the front desk went above and beyond to meet our needs over the Christmas holidays. Highly recommend the service was outstanding.

The room was an actual one bedroom with stove, full refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, silverware and cookware utensils as well as chairs and table space to use to eat or to use as office space with computer. The staff members were very resourceful, helpful, professional, and warm. The location is excellent for shopping and getting around to various sites of interests. I enjoyed the fitness room and the hot tub in the indoor pool area. The price is great. I will return next year for our annual event.

Other than the floors in the room I was in being slippery everything was fine. The service was phenomenal the desk person was great, friendly, and ansswered all of my questions with politeness and courtesy.

I had never stayed at this hotel before. It is in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Planning on staying at this hotel every time I need to come in town. The rooms were clean the bathrooms were very clean.

I traveled for business as well as holding an event at this facility. Price was reasonable, staff were excellent, room was clean & comfortable. Internet was a little sketchy but worked. The water pressure was amazing! Overall i would definitely stay again.

Our extended family rented a meeting room for Thanksgiving Day and found it to be an absolute delight! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and met our needs very well.
The set up was perfect- serving tables for our Thanksgiving Feast complete with power cords & outlet strips, dinner & dessert plates with silverware, nicely appointed spacious restrooms right around the corner and a beautifully decorated hallway that affords easy access, an abundance of natural light, and room to roam!
Michelle was most accommodating and a real peach to work with!
Would definitely recommend this 5 star experience!

We stay here every time we come to MN. Absolutely love it. The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are nice. We love going to the pool and hot tub too. It's in a nice location the only thing I would like is more housekeeping services.

Our family used the Cortland conference room for our family Thanksgiving gathering. They usually don't allow outside food to be brought in (they have a catering service), but since it was Thanksgiving they didn't have catering service available and we could bring our own food. They still were able to provide glass plates (large and small), metal silverware, paper coffee cups, stir sticks, coffee fixings, and napkins. Michelle was very accommodating, flexible, and helped make the room fit our needs. There are men's and women's bathrooms at the end of the hall too that worked great (multiple stalls for each) that were handicapped accessible and had changing tables. We were able to bring our laptop and easily hook it up to the projector as well.

Really nice rooms my room was updated clean fresh rooms hallways are clean the staff was great the pool sucks really small would be nice if the adult time was longer the breakfast I'd normal standard breakfast

We recently stayed here for the first time. This hotel is very comfortable and pretty quiet in a good location. The room was a queen suite with separate bedroom. It was nice to have a separate living room and kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave. The pool and hot tub were not crowded. Breakfast was pretty standard but very adequate. I'd definitely stay here again.

We used the conference room in Apple Valley MN for Thanksgiving Day. We had 6 families with 25 people. We stayed 10:00am to 10:00pm. We had plenty of elbow room.
They were very accommodating in providing us with extra tables, plenty of extension cords & power strips for 6 crock pots, coffee pots & microwave.
The room was clean. The tables had nice autumn table decorations. We would do this again.

My wife and I stayed at the GrandStay Hotel located in Apple Valley MN. The GrandStay is not your typical hotel it has all the comforts of home plus more. Our first impression was outstanding as the exterior was well kept. The lobby was clean and well appointed. The front desk associate was attentive, accommodating and friendly. The guest room was very clean and with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked including a full size refrigerator, two burner flat top, dishwasher and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and a television was present in both the bedroom and living room. We looked forward to the complimentary breakfast as it featured both hot and cold food selections. The General Manager was present in the breakfast area greeting people and ensuring their stay was satisfactory. My wife mentioned these unsolicited comments during our stay saying “this is really a clean hotel, the bed is so comfortable I slept well and finally she said I really like this hotel.” When we return to Apple Valley we will surely stay at the the best hotel in town the GrandStay.

I was impressed when we called to let them know we would be checking in later than planned, they left the door unlocked for us to make our arrival less of a hassle.
