Party City

I had a great experience at this location. Birthday party decorations aren't really in my wheelhouse so my oldest daughter was going to handle it for my wife's birthday, but that didn't work out and it was up to me. I figured, alright, I'll go to Party City, be super obvious about how I don't know what I'm doing, and maybe someone will take pity on me. It worked! The staff was very helpful and offered me options but then knew exactly how to respond when I told them I just really needed them to tell me what to do. My wife was very impressed with the decorations and happy you all helped me so well. A huge thanks to the employees at the AV Party City on 3/5/23 around noon! You helped make my wife's birthday extra special.

So earlier today (10/18) I had contacted the staff at party city because my daughter misplaced her phone and we thought it might be at party city. Over the phone and when I went to the store the staff was very pleasant and helpful and really appreciate them with their assistance during our search. On top of that, when we had been there on Saturday we were able to find the costume items my daughter wanted for Halloween and it was a great experience.

Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service!

Just did in store pickup the night before Halloween and it was packed...huge line down the aisle, but the employees were fast, efficient, and very nice despite how busy they were. Great customer service!

I want to thank Sam for making the curbside pickup experience excellent. He was friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I spoke with him several times trying to plan for my daughter’s birthday. He was generous with his time and offered the ideal customer service, especially during this time when we are not able to shop in person. He made the experience stress-free. Thank you!!

Friday at 4 o'clock was busy. The people working here were doing the best that they could. One young lady was not feeling well at all but still hung in there! In today's environment it is refreshing to see good work.

My son wanted a wrestling birthday party and I couldn't find stuff without having to ordering online. Love party City, they had everything I needed and it was all in one spot. Also, I like how they organize the stores, easy to find what your looking for!

They have everything imaginable! I've come here for M&M's in a specific color, a hat for a women's party, multiple dress-up items for the kids (tons of fun hats!) and of course for Halloween costumes. They have a wall of costume cards divided into girls, boys, adult women and adult men. You scan a QR code on the wall, allow location tracking, and then put in the costume # and choose your size. Enter your name, submit, and within 5 minutes, someone comes out from the back and hands you your costumes to try on if you wish. They tend to run a little small, so I highly recommend trying them on before you leave. The dressing rooms are not available due to Covid, but you can just step off to the side and have them try it on over their clothes. My size 12 girl fit snugly in a 14-16, my size 10 girl in a 12-14, and my size 8 girl in an 8-10, so think a size bigger.

If you need something for a party or celebration, this place most likely will have it. We just bought several confetti canons...GREAT fun!!

They open at 9am Monday through Saturday and close at 9pm Monday through Friday. Saturday they close at 6pm. Sunday they are open 10 to 5
