I've been going to apple valley Ford for 10 years and have only had wonderful experiences with them. They listen to what you want and looking what you are for. They make sure you are happy with your choices and will follow up to see how you are enjoying your vehicle. The sales reps are fantastic, finance is easy to work with they just take time.

Best Ford dealer the Twin Cities has to offer. My closest dealer to me is Freeway Ford but I have not had good luck there so tried this place out. I'm sure glad I did. The service dept got me in the next day, diagnosed issue that day, and back on the road the next. Fast, friendly, fair service the entire way through with great communication and updates regarding my vehicle. I was provided a video of the tech doing an inspection on vehicle which I've never had before. I felt very good knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I was even provided a shuttle to and from home while my vehicle was worked on. I've never had that kind of great customer service from a dealer before. I will be coming here for my oil changes and everything else for my vehicle because the customer service was that good! Thank you.

We had a very positive experience with Apple Ford Apple Valley. We chose one car and Carter, our sales rep. gathered all the necessary paperwork. BUT, when we went to take the car, we decided we really didn't like that one. Carter, stepped up immediately and found the car we eventually purchased. He was so very patient with us.
We would recommend Apple Ford Apple Valley, and espicially, Carter to anyone

Great experience! Everyone I worked with from the receptionist, to the sales person & finance person were great! Very personable and easy to work with. Fun experience! I love my new car, they gave me way more honestly than I was anticipating for my trade. Price I paid for the new (to me) car was a very fair price - I got a super deal / value.

I was very happy with my service at Ford Apple Valley. My A/C was not working correctly and after the diagnostic they discovered another issue which they were able to get covered under warranty. They arranged for a loaner vehicle as the job took longer than anticipated. Very happy customer!!

Great dealership! Matt Barker was awesome to work with and was responsive throughout the entire experience. When the car I purchased had a minor issue I reached back out and Matt went out of his way to help correct the issue. My wife and I will absolutely be back when it’s time to replace our other vehicle.

Purchased a new vehicle here recently and Carter made the made the process as quick as possible and enjoyable. Never felt pressured if you’re even considering buying a vehicle see if they have what you are looking for and you won’t be disappointed with the staff. I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership or a nice newer car. I was skeptical, I don't typically like sales people. However after this experience I will be coming here for my vehicles. I got the best service from Nathan and Justin. Honestly everyone there. I had my kids with and Justin went above and beyond and went and got chips for my kids to hold them over. They put gas and detailed my jeep. It was such a wonderful experience. Thank you again to Justin and Nathan.

I’ve used Apple Ford Apple Valley service before and had amazing service. I had bought my most recent vehicle elsewhere and lived closer to that dealership so I used their service department. After being treated poorly from their service advisor I made the trek back over to Apple Ford. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect, I receive updates on my car quite often and if I have questions, I am able to reach out. Thank you Apple Ford!

This week I took my Explorer in to Apple Ford in Apple Valley for service and warranty checklist.
I want to especially call out Eric Ackerman for his fantastic assistance to us. In addition to our normal service, they found a fuel pump seal leak and a drive shaft seal leak.
They gave us a new vehicle to use while the kept our car overnight.
They kept us informed by texts and even two walk around movie clips which were very informative for us! We had been waiting for parts for two Ford recalled items. In this same time they were also able to repair these recall items as well.
We have bought two vehicles with these folks in a row and will continue to in the future do to their accommodating service and great attitudes!
THANK YOU FOLKS VERY MUCH! You have a customer for life with Kris and I!

Our new Maverick will most likely be the last vehicle we purchase so that gives you an idea of our ages and experiences. Buying at Apple Valley Ford was by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our first salesman, Steve, was patient, caring and explained everything. Steve retired at year end and we were passed on to Mark Halverson, who was a joy to work with. Nathan from the financing team was great as well and went the extra mile for us in securing a great term and interest rate. I can’t say enough about how happy we are with everything. Update: Scott Roberts proactively reached out to us and has since gone gone above and beyond to make things right! I do believe that if anyone can teach the service department employees to be more empathic, it's him. Obviously the reason he is in the position he is! We have since had another issue with our Explorer and we have entrusted them to help us figure it out. They have been wonderful!

Dealing with the service department has been nothing short of a horrible experience. We purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer in 2017. Ford thought it would be a great idea to put a water pump inside the engine (because what Einstein wouldn't think that was a fabulous idea)? Water pump fails at about 150k miles, and it costs around 4k to replace it. You know why? Because the engine has to be taken apart to get to it. Again, sheer genius! Ford knows this is an issue. Ford hasn't issued a recall.
My husband was coming home on I-35 when he noticed he was losing power in the left lane. Thankfully he was able to make it to the right hand shoulder without getting hit but it wasn't easy. No lights came on, no warning at all. Had it towed to our local mechanic that we trust and they stated the water pump failed and coolant got into the oil (this is called a "milkshake"). Engine needed to be replaced and this is common with these water pumps - failing around 150k miles. Ours has 132k. In doing some research we discovered this is indeed a common problem and Ford has been sued for it. Armed with that information we called Apple Valley Ford to see if they could do anything for us like contact Ford Motor Company to see if they would offer any kind of financial aid, etc. Talked to a guy named Russ or Ross and just repeated that he could but since it's older than 7 years and has over 100k miles, it would be better for us to call (no apologies for what happened, could have cared less). Then he quoted us a price of 13k for a new engine out of the box. We called Ford Motor Company and they told us they wouldn't even consider doing anything until it was diagnosed by a certified Ford dealer. Asked if they would be willing to cover that cost. Nope. We had already paid our mechanic $200 to tell us the water pump failed and the engine needed to be replaced. But, alas, in the off chance Ford might do something we had it towed to AV Ford. Told us the water pump failed (no kidding?) and coolant got into the oil and that's "not good." Then, they told us it would cost $600 to let us know if the engine was toast. At one point we were told a rebuild might be an option and then we were told by some service guy named Dylan that "in his experience a rebuild costs just as much as a new engine." Um, I don't know how stupid someone would have to be to believe such an absurd statement! They never returned our calls, they sent us an estimate to replace the water pump for $4100, never acknowledged we had tried to file a claim and were all around swarmy. At the end of the day we decided to break up with them and had our Explorer towed back to our local mechanic who is doing a installing a rebuild. Licking a New York City sidewalk would be more enjoyable than dealing with these people! And, to the person who clicks the "we're sorry to hear about your experience....please give us a call" save yourself the 2 seconds to hit enter. Your canned "I'm sorry" statement means nothing. You have our information. You want to discuss, give us a call. No way to run a business. Remember people always have a choice of where to spend their money.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a vehicle dealership. We’ve had several frustrating experiences that have caused a lot of stress when it comes to vehicle buying. I truly believe it’s all about finding the right group of people running a dealership and this is it. We felt heard and like our finances mattered when options were being discussed. Purchasing a vehicle is a daunting experience but this felt comfortable. Our salesperson was Damon was phenomenal and down to earth, not pushy and cared about the best choice for our lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!
