The 5 stars is for Brady. Both the times I spoke to him on the phone, he was helpful and responsive. When I came in for the appointment, he remembered me & our phone conversation. Thank you, Brady.

I am of the opinion that every time I go into this place in Apple Valley, the people that are there are working and trying as hard and as fast as they can, that they genuinely care about any problem I have with my prescriptions. For that I am giving them a rating of 5 stars. I go there typically at least 2 times a month. I am also of the opinion, however, that the pharmacy in this location is in the middle of a large population base and needs to be open 24 hours a day like it used to be. I know labor shortages are a problem but there are way, way too many customers for this place to handle efficiently - - and that was never the case when this pharmacy was open for 24 hours a day.

Walgreens always has what I need in a quick stop and then some. Their rewards program is worth it too. The staff here is friendly, the guy who runs the photo counter is exceptionally so.

I will give this Walgreens five stars because I've been going to it for many years and my impression has always been that they try their very hardest to serve people in the pharmacy as best and as quickly as they can. For me, they have always done their very best. HOWEVER - - although they are doing better lately, it is clear they are overwhelmed at times, especially since the pandemic started 2 years ago. It is clear that for peak times they are frequently, frequently overwhelmed. My advice to this store, or the chain, or whoever can pull the levers of power, is to make this Walgreens a 24-hour Walgreens for prescriptions, like it used to be a long time ago. It has a massive number of customers showing up from at least 3 to 4 cities (Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, and Lakeville), it is at a community crossroads. And at least some of their customers would choose to get their prescriptions at a time when they don't have to stand in line (if it was open 24 hours)- - and that would ease up the congestion a lot over time. More people and more hours would help the staff the way they need to be helped.

I had forgotten my heart medication at home. Which was Very far away. The Pharmacist Jason went out of his way to help me get my medicine. I believe you are a wonderful human being and how much I appreciate your helping me out. I will definitely go back again. I’m sure at times it’s a thankless job but I want you to know how much your appreciated! God bless you and thank you Jason.

My wife and I have been going to this one for almost 10 years and the only problems we ever have is when Matt left for target in Burnsville few years back but JASON is the MAN to talk to if you have problems! I only had one problem with him and thats when I gave him fish from Canada and he forgot my venison lol Ryan's not too bad but still has much to learn from Jason and lori is great too but keep in mind that is a training store so alot of them dont get it yet but if you have a problem find Jason and he can fix almost anything or tell you how to get it fixed.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Walgreens. I havent encountered an experience where I left the store thinking I wasn't satisfied with their services. Keep up the great work!

I have only been here to get photos printed, and for that purpose this Walgreens has been very good!

Easy access from 42 Northbound but you have to drive around if you are going the other way
