Very nice loading too fast they loading before my appointment time in and out in 40 minutes overnight parking available

Nice place to pick-up from. Room to maneuver, plenty of parking to wait until your appt time. And, I think less than 1/2 mile to I-35 South. Pleasant staff too.

Here the day before and they are allowing me to park for the night. So, they get a 5 star in my book.

Was loaded right away, large parking lot guy in office is very friendly. 100% great service

Checked in at 7pm for a 7pm appointment. Loaded by 7:45pm paperwork and ready for the road by 8pm.

We drop and hook there so it's a fast process for our company, nice big lot. Ask spotter where he wants you to drop your empty if applicable. Back in to truck staging area across from docks before going in to check in. Nice big bathroom to use. Clean facilities, nice staff.

Apt for pickup was 10:30 pa they call me 4hr early and give me door 👍 Parking also good plus can drop trailer and go out after check-in they will call you about door! Don’t go too far away!)

Watch for sign by road pull in and park along the wall. There's gotta be at least 20 parking spots. Overnight parking available. Bathroom is available till about 2am. Appointment was for 1:30pm arrived at 1:30pm. Was put in a door and out by 2:30pm. Only half a trailer load but they didn't mess around getting me in and out. Slide trailer tandems to rear before hitting the dock, chock your trailer, unhook red air line, and when they are done park by the check-in door to get your paperwork + seal. Great place, great people, be patient. Drive safe drivers

Good place to come to if you need to get a load. They allow overnight parking! Simple check in, they'll call you when they have a door for you. When you pull back up to check out, don't park right outside of their shipping/receiving office door. Just back it in on the opposite side of the dock doors. People are respectful and will work with you if numbers aren't right and you need to get some different numbers. Make sure your trailer is clean. Doesn't have to be perfect, just no Fluids, or possible biocontamination.

I read the reviews before coming here & I was mentally prepared for long delays but when I reached there around 7:00 pm & my appointment was for 10:30 pm there was Driver in front of me checking out , I asked him what time was his appointment he said 7:00 pm but he came early & he was done by his appointment time , but same thing happened with me I got loaded & was out by 9:45 pm , easy parking,clean Restrooms

I got here the night before and they get in @ 0600. I checked in early but my apt was for 13:00. I got the call and a door @ 12:58. Was loaded and rolling by 14:45, they give you the option of how you want to be loaded at check in. If you have other pickups get them to Pinwheel the pallets. They keep by their appointment times so getting loaded early is unlikely. Everybody was nice and restrooms were clean.

I had multiple PU's somehow My Appt, that I had in writing from the broker, was different from what they had in the Computer, AND they were running 1.5 hrs behind. I only was PU 2 Pallets and needed to be gone by 19:00. I asked nicely could they do that? The guy in the Orange shirt with red hair got it done, got me a door and got me out, so I could make my next PU Appt on time. There were also friendly. And THAT'S WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT !!!👍😃

Lots of parking. You can take an 8-hour split or a 10 if need be. You can arrive early, but most likely you'll have to wait till your appointment to get a door. Once it gets close to your appointment, you will be loaded pretty quickly. Everybody is very nice in the office.

Usually they get me in by my appointment time(s). They do provide overnight parking if you are DEL/PU. You can also have food delivered to the truck if you're close to the check-in door. The Cloverleaf (Eagan, MN) staff is always friendly. I have not had to much to complain about at this location. They have been truck driver friendly. I usually dont get in earlier than the appointment time. It is always live load or unload.

Nice people. Some drivers just don't understand the in's and out's of how a warehouse works. It's trucking. You have one job and a lot you can't even do that right. Be patient, be polite, and plan accordingly. Don't like it? Find another career. FYI there are restrooms. They open at 6a. Excellent 5g data service from all carriers. Overnight parking is ok. So don't park like a lazy @$$hole. Doordash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats are available 24/7. Also you can walk half a mile south yo the light. 2 good restaurants in front of and in back of the Hampton Inn if you aren't lazy.

Great night shift staff they were super helpful and nice. They loaded my load a day early.
