Lunds & Byerlys Eagan

I’ve been shopping at this location since it was built in 1996. My first experience was at the St Louis Park Byerly’s location and I couldn’t wait to take my mom. She couldn’t believe how beautiful it was and actually took a few pictures of the lights and carpeting with her 35MM camera back then. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Through the years I’ve called Byerly’s for advice on cooking/baking and personal event planning. Everyone has been extremely helpful both over the phone and in-person. The phone calls were necessary because it was pre-internet.

One of the best features that Lnds/Byerly’s has to offer is their recipes. My love for cooking and baking came from the recipes that Byerly’s shared through the years, and especially during the holidays. Some of my favorite recipes have come from the Byerly’s archives.

My recent visit was to the deli in Eagan. Typically I make things myself from scratch, but I ran out of time so decided to take a look at the deli. I purchased the non-pasta Cherry Chicken Salad and the Jeweled Cranberry Quinoa Salad. Both exceeded my expectations and I had to make another visit today for more because both were so tasty. I will be searching the internet looking for the recipes and will be back to buy the ingredients to make myself. As always thank you for the inspiration.

I really love their Deli and their hot food bar, everything is so tasty and fresh, and the service is very friendly and helpful😊
And the bakery is very nice and they have a nice selection of fresh meats,
I recommend 👌 it if you are ever in Eagan, stop in, and check out lunds & Byerly's. It's a great store

Love Lunds an Byerlys 👍🏼 It is my go place for things from the deli,great cheese selections, variety of crackers, smoked fish. The fruit an veggies are fresh an top quality. The BoGos are good, especially when it includes the pizza. I can find I ingredients for old time recipes (Apple Jelly), Also new spices an products. It's worth your while to see what they have to offer🌞

It's so nice to go to a grocery store where they remember the concept of service. There's always someone to help me locate something throughout the store, there's always real people at checkout lines, and then the carryout or drive up options are great for big trips - I love that they still do this. The fresh food and Deli are always delicious, the bakery is amazing for delectable treats, and the produce is beautiful like art. Granted, it is more expensive, but you get what you pay for - and here you get fully stocked shelves, employees who want to help you, and an easy peaceful feeling.

Expensive but good. Definately worth what I paid but wouldn't make a habit of it. I ate from the hot bar. Chicken & rice soup w/ cornbread & butter.

The ordering process on the tablet is so cool and easy. They have so many options for designs and the customization options are highly impressive.
The cake was exactly as expected and more. High quality print and very delicious too.

Lunds & Byerlys is the most awesome grocery store! It's quiet, with wide aisles. There are employees around in the aisles that are very happy to help you find products. The food is excellent, and their store brands are great. We've been shopping there for years. In fact, I can honestly say that this store is one of my happy places. Yes, it costs more to shop there, but not enough to make me want to go back to the super bright, noisy, dirty chain grocery stores. Their employees must have gone to the Disney School of Hospitality. They are always smiling, friendly, and ready to make your day better. All of the L&B stores are great, but the Eagan one is my favorite. Best of all, once I put the food in my cart, I never touch it again until I'm talking it out of my car at home.

Nice store. Tad bit more expensive than others but the cheese section makes it worth it. Plus they will hold your groceries and let you drive to a covered area while they load your car for you.

Love Byerlys store atmosphere and sales. Will always shop there.
