I went there without a list. An employee behind the meat counter saw that I was lost in thought and showed me some nice meats that were on sale. Hats off to employee Billy, who helped me solve my dinner dilemma without pressuring me.

Older man was extremely rude when I asked if sample was available from open sample bottles. Essentially was telling me to shut the “f” up. Not sure if he has a problem with minorities, I’m from SE MN, don’t shop in Eagan all that much, so not sure if he thought I was someone else. (Maybe all us Asians look alike?). Maybe it was the mask? Younger clerk that helped me check out was bewildered. I almost left my bottle on the floor and walked out. 03/20, 04:04pm, store 1165. I always stop here 1st before hitting the TWine across the way. Guess I’ll skip this place from now on. Glad my local HVee is courteous, or maybe I got spoiled by the staff at Sudycks and 1010 W&S earlier in the day. You’ve lost a customer, been shopping HVee locally since you opened in Roch.
