My husband and I have been going to Patrick & Linda for nineteen years, These two are very good at what they do, never had any problems with our taxes, and if we have questions they will answer them all. our children now go to them. If you are looking for someone you can trust doing a great job for you?!! Look no further, cause you won't be disappointed you'll be grateful. Called Spartan Tax to ask questions about my taxes and the lady who answered was so unbelievably rude. Will NOT be going here to do my taxes anymore. No one should speak to any customer the way she spoke to me.

I will never recommend or use Spartan Tax Services again after my conversation today with owner Pat Parker regarding a letter we just recieved from the Dept of IRS regarding our 2020 Tax return completed & filed by Spartan Tax Services. It appears there was a missed W2 from my wife's employer in our tax returned for that year. Even though she has worked at that company for many years and our previous multiple years of tax returns completed by Spartan Tax Service has included a w2 for her from her employer. I asked why was this error not caught prior to them being filed. Pat took NO ownership with this understate of incomes for that year which now requires a payment to the Dept of IRS well over $6300. This now includes additional money for a substantial tax understatement penalty and interest due to the IRS. Pat's final response to me was that person who completed your tax return no longer works for us and I plan to retire in the next few years. Wow!! HOW BOUT THAT LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and NOT TAKING OWNERSHIP (or even partial ownership) regarding this error made. His last statement to me was you just need to pay the bill and I guess you just need to find someone else to do you taxes. Hum, you think so. What a joke. Way to stand behind your company and take care of your customers Pat!
