Honest-1 Auto Care - New Hope

It's not just in their name, the staff that work there are honest with what needs to (or doesn't need to) be done with your vehicle. Walking in the front door, I was surprised (in a great way) how care had gone in to planning with regards to a customer experience. Nice floors, seating ifnyounwait, the front desk didn't smell like oils and fuels. Very clean! I was kept informed along the way as to what work needed to be completed, suggested to be completed, and even one no work to be completed. Pricing was provided quickly so that decisions could be made. Staff were very pleasant a day helpful. Overall, a great experience for something that most don't want to have to be in for in the first place :)

Honest-1- Auto Care in New Hope, Mn. is without a doubt an exceptional Auto Repair Company with exceptional employees of unlimited knowledge and intergrity. It all starts with ownership and Steve, the longtime manager from day one, down to the other technicians and employees who, like the management in my opinion, also have all the above qualities. I've been going to Honest-1-Auto since they first opened at the New Hope Mn. location about 10 plus years ago. It is such a relief knowing that I can trust these amazing people, especially in the "Auto repair industry", where many customers like myself, have limited Auto mechanics knowledge. I think if anyone takes the time, as a perspective new customer, to take a few minutes to contact or stop by to meet Steve and the rest of the employees, they will be quite impressed. If all the above qualities aren't enough, get on their mailing list and you won't believe all the discount coupon specials you will continually receive either by mail, email, or text. Also impressive is the efficiency of getting you in and out the door quickly for many services while you wait, or timely accomodating services that you drop off your car for service. I believe they also provide shuttle service as an added convenience. Last of all, the first thing that struck me years ago on my first visit to this unique special place is it's atmosphere. At first glance, the large waiting room reminds me more of a coffee shop then an auto repair shop. You walk in to an always spotless and warm atmosphere with comfortable seating and a large screen television for entertainment. Then over in the corner is a variety of snacks, along with refreshments like coffee, cocoa, delicious fresh hot whipped caramel or vanilla drinks, as well as other cold drinks, all free of charge. With an always patient staff to answer all your questions or concerns, as well as always giving you progress reports during and after service, as well as easy to understand future services written on your final report to keep an eye on for any future needed servicing done. I'm not kidding when I say I wish all doctors were as thorough as these employees(guys and gals) are at Honest-1- Auto Care are in New Hope, MN, Go see for yourself !! From start to finish my overall experience was wonderful. I loved the that they would text me updates and photos on my car. Wyatt once again was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Even though I still and probably will never understand. We've been bringing our cars to Honest-1 for many years. We're very happy with their service. They tell us what needs to be done now, and they tell us what can be done later without sacrificing safety. Their prices are lower than at the dealership. They guarantee their work. They explain what's going on with our cars in terms I can understand. We've been going there long enough to see a change in front desk staff. Everyone we've dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable.

Honest-1 Auto is GREAT!! They are very friendly and thorough. They take pictures of your car, do inspections, and explain things that are wrong. They also let you know what needs to be taken care of right away and what will need to be taken care of in the future. Communication and explanation are two factors that keeps me going back.

This is THE best place to take your vehicle! I have been coming here for about 2.5 years and I have always had wonderful experiences. I drive an older Honda Civic with low mileage so I have gotten a handful of oil changes and I’ve also had several parts replacements done for parts of my car that have gotten old and worn out in the last decade.

Everyone who works at the front desk is very knowledgeable about vehicles and takes the time to explain what needs to be fixed and what has happened over time to require this fix. I can tell there is a lot of years of experience and wisdom collectively! The work done is consistently correct and affordable. Not only do I come here, I’ve recommended this location to a bunch of my family members as well. I know I will be taking my car here every time I need something checked out or worked on! I can’t recommend enough!

Good morning, it was recommended to have the inside air filter changed. I used to get oil changes done at Superior Ford where I bought the car and checked back to see if they ever changed it. They did so I won't be needing that foe next time.

I won't be bringing my car anywhere else after the fantastic service I was provided here. The front desk people are knowledgeable and kind and the mechanics did great work for me. The prices are worth it since the parts come with a 3 year warranty. They walked me to the back and showed me the issues my car was having and were open and honest with me. I couldn't recommended them enough!!

Honest-1 Auto Care went beyond our expectations when servicing our Kia Borrego. The parts were very hard to find and there was not a manager available to know how to fix the problem. It took awhile to get it fixed, but it is working fine now. They also provided us with a loaner vehicle. We have been going to them for several years now and would not trust anyone else with our vehicles.

This is my favorite car shop to go to, I know without a doubt they will get whatever needs to be done, and done correctly. The customer service is exceptional.
