My experience has been above and beyond excellent service with online orders and pickup and any kind of questions problems information. In fact I'm so impressed and satisfied I will only shop at this location. That Includes every employee I have had the pleasure to speak to or do business with. I only wish the manager and his staff could be recognized in some kind of way. Thank you so much

Tonight Marceila (sp?, sorry!), the cashier at the counter overseeing the self checkout kiosks, was so kind and patient with helping me use my health flex card to pay for my medical items. Thank you!!!

I love this store & the employees. I always run into manager Mike while shopping (it seems like he’s there every day… I hope he gets some days off!!) and he is very personable! Nice guy!

Friendly staff and helpful with questions I have had in the past, about prices on items, and the staff was quick to find out the right prices for me! Great job staff and management! Only complaint I would have and mention to staff/management is, to please bring back 24 hour store hours again!! Just like the store had in the past. Otherwise, nothing negative to say about this store or about any of my visits in the past I've had😀👏👏👏👍

Honestly, in the area, I'd say that this is the best grocery store (I love L&B, but it's not exactly affordable). They usually have a great selection and the staff are so nice. Today, I stupidly dropped a 12 pack at the checkout line and was totally okay just keeping the soda because it was my fault for dropping things. They insisted on getting me a new one and were just so incredibly kind through the whole thing. I also think their self checkouts make trips there very efficient.

I ordered online and did curbside pickup. Great service, correct order, on time. New to this Cub since my regular one is unavailable now due to construction. Will be coming back here.

I love my cub! When shopping in store I have had great experiences - a manager (I didn't catch his name) saw me loading my groceries after paying and brought a clerk and another cart to help me as I had my 4mo and 2.5yr Olds with me. They helped me bag and bring my stuff out to my van! Extremely great customer service. Then while ordering through the app for pick up service Rian H shopped for me and checked the expiration dates on the baby food I was getting and checked to make sure I was okay with the dates. They shared they also have a child so they care about keeping other people's children safe too with up-to-date foods. No matter how I shop with my cub in Crystal they always exceed my expectations!

I Love my Cub, I would like Cub to list their Deli menu with prices and along with their party trays and prices lights for instance I've been trying to find out how much a 200 piece or a 300 piece tray of Cub Foods Fried Chicken and I've been able to do that on the Cub app or through the website it's like I have to call the store to find out these prices I shouldn't have to do that otherwise I love my cub.

I really loved my pickup experience last week Rian helped pick out my groceries and communicated every item that was out of stock and we found suitable replacements. We have food allergies at home so it makes it really hard usually but Rian did so good! I will definitely use the pickup service again and will shop here whenever possible! Good job CUB! You have great employees

I go to this Cub all the time. Well stocked when they can get product and always clean and friendly staff. You can tell they really care by being friendly and doing their jobs.

Today I had the pleasure again of Ian being the checkout person. I always try to go to his lane if open. Friendly, great customer service and a very professional young man. The type of team member any company would like to have. Great job Ian and always keep up your awesome customer service.

I come and get spicy chicken here a couple times a month. It's always hot and the right amount of spice. There is one girl who works in the deli area, I believe her name is haylee (probably spelled wrong) she is super nice, great customer service, she is always smiling. I love when I walk in and see her, I automatically know the chicken will be nice and hot and I get the best attitude from her.

Always changing and growing. Super large store. Relatively easy to find what you're looking for. Like the bakery area. Love the self checkout. Customer service/helpers are hit and miss, many young and disinterested. Great check out folks. One lady was super happy and friendly. I seek her out. Great produce. Great specials. And now there is a liquor store and they carry three of my favorite wines! Free parking and there is a holiday pump station in the same parking lot!

Great location to shop 24/7. It’s always clean & the workers are nice . The shelves are always stocked and I get great deals with my cub reward card . I would highly recommend this store to anyone who loves a good grocery store to visit. During the holidays they do get quite busy so beware !

I love the manager specials all grouped together in the meat department. I often get meat greatly discounted and come home and pop it straight into the freezer. The variety of vegetables and ethnic foods has greatly expanded. I love the sales corner around the corner from the pharmacy. Cub helps me stretch my food dollar tremendously and by also using my store card, I get great Holiday gas discounts as well.

I love this store location. Most, if not all, employees were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The produce is usually fresh and most items are in stock most of the time. Abukhar from the produce section is very nice and always willing to help me look for certain items. Ben is also wonderful! He knows all items in the store from the top of his head (from where they're located in the store to how much is in stock). Larry from the meat department is awesome! He greets me every time he sees me. He also helps back up at the cash register sometimes. The biggest concern is the checkout needs to improve during peak times. Otherwise, I recommend going to this location.

I was recently at the deli counter and my favorite item wasn't available. Wilma who works in the deli went back and made the salad I needed

We shop here all the time and have done so since the store opened. Today it has modern offerings, excellent produce, great variety, great price points and many unique features other stores do not have. I like the bulk foods area a lot. I like the ethnic foods offerings a lot. I find items here I can't at upscale grocery or down scale grocery. The stor atmosphere is clean bright welcoming friendly as well as efficent. But they manage to give you very personal service and are really glad to helpa shopper. You don't find that everywhere. The manager is very professional and I appreciate the entire crew. The delt is expecially pleasing to me both fo products service and management. Good Place CUB!
