Almsted's Fresh Market

Staff is nice and helpful. Produce is relatively fresh. Well laid out. I use Instacart here for pick up once in a while. They're incredibly fast. They do make the occasional error, but generally pretty accurate.

I grew up down the street from this store when it was Supervalu. I passed by today and thought I would stop in to see if their chicken dinners were still amazing.. it was just as I remembered as a kid!! So good!! Half the price but x10 better than KFC or Popeyes. Also the grocery store is still clean and well ran by polite staff. I miss this place and it was very nostalgic stopping in today. Don't ever change!

Its a very small market but it is very homey it has a good atmosphere and some vending machines outside i just wish they will be nicer to handicap customers

This is a great little grocery store. Prices aren't the best, but they are reasonable. It's nice to have a small grocery store nearby to pick up a few things here and there.

I pass this grocery store every day on my way to the gym. I needed to grab some fresh fruits for a gathering. Let me tell you, this place is well organized and clean, the employees are so helpful, the quality of customer service is great! The fruit were all so fresh and reasonable priced! Looked at their deli, and that looked tasty as well. I will have to stop in again. Brought me back to small town where they bag and offer to bring your groceries to your vehicle.

This store is a gem! In and out in minutes, friendly service and great sale prices! It's become my go-to for a quick after school dinner grab!

Employees are always friendly, and helpful ! Plus we love the bakery and chicken pot pies.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE!!! They are so friendly, the bakery is AMZING!!! I moved from the area to Bloomington and I still make the trip in weekly just for the doughnuts lol

One of my favorite little old town private grocery stores. Food is always fresh. They offer a nice variety of everything. Their garden plants are beautiful and reasonably priced. If you need something, and they don't carry it in the store, they will order it for you. I love this place!!❤

A very friendly friendly place.Has things that the big Box stores do not have. The young kids that work there are the best. Has the best deli and bakery in town. I guaranteed you will leave with a smile. It's a definite MA and PA store. It's run on very good management.

Things are expensive here, but the service has been absolutely great! And it always looks soo clean!

Great hometown market. The baked goods are made on site as well as a lot of deli items. Staff is very friendly and helpful AND they bag your groceries!

When entering the store always greeted by more than 1 person,aisles very accessible to get from one end to the other 👍 deli has awesome fried chicken, potato salad and yummy coleslaw.
A nice variety in the bakery area and very helpful if needed to get the groceries to your car or van.

Customer service is always friendly, timely, and I like the feeling that you’re in a smaller-town grocery store. Love the baked goods and love it that they usually have a day old bakery cart too to reduce food waste. Their seafood salad in the Deli is so yummy too. Always plenty of parking and I appreciate it A LOT that they have a bunch to recycle clean, dry plastic bags in the front entryway and that they have a bin for food shelf donations too. Helps me take care of those drop-off errands while getting grocery shopping done at the same time!

Well stocked grocery store with some tasty baked items. We really liked the bagels and bread. Some of the produce and frozen food was a bit expensive compared to some other stores, but the sales are reasonable. Quality of the produce seems good.
