Great knowledgeable staff, got me a new set of falken tires at a competitive price compared to surrounding shops. Had a slight wait(1.5 hours) and then they had me on the road. Very pleased and will be back when I need tires again!

Steve, after coming back from helping install tires, got me hooked up with two tires sold to me and he put them in the back of my truck because I Injured my ankle last week. The whole crew that have are reliable, fast efficient, and more important they understand my concerns and work with it. I can't stress it enough how we in the used car world place value on used items and if it's worth replacing, tire zoo ppl know and can give a great insight on if the issue can be fixed or remedied differently. You will listen to them because the talk our language unlike Midas exhaust or any other big chain auto places.

Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and very helpful. They found me a great set of winter tires at a very good price. Didn’t wait too long as it is a first come first serve store. Only complaint is that it was quite cold in the lobby, but that wasn’t a huge problem. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Quick, kind, courteous. We no longer trust our tires with other places. We went somewhere else one time and that company stripped a lugnut. Happy we found a company we can trust with our tires.

They were friendly and honest. The lady in the middle( Sorry, I forgot the name) helped me. I need tires for my leased car that ends within six months. They do not have tires that fit my requirements. But I got a reasonable price from Toyota from Take Off Tires. She was honest, and she told me to go with the Totoya deal instead of trying to sell any other tire for me. I highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome! Incredible service, very understandable and accommodating staff. They got my car in and done within 90 mins. They even fixed a problem with the lug nuts I didn't even know was a problem - for FREE!

First time I went there by chance and i really liked how they handled my situation. Great service and awesome price. They are very honest and will charge most reasonable price.

It’s fairly simple place with no flashy interiors but they know how to fix your tire problem. They have good collection of used and new tire. And the best part is they take walkins...you don’t have to wait for days to get your tire fixed.

I am a loss for words. I was treated with dignity and the upmost respect. I've been here multiple times but today was something different. I was already short for what I needed and I found a way to make it work, when it came time to pay for the tires they Installed (less than 20 minutes later) they told me the tires were free!!!! I was shocked and confused but I am forever grateful. The owners,managers and employees are absolutely wonderful. I will recommend to everyone I know. Please check them out!

Great option to get a used tire to match your tread! Go early so they don't fill up their walk-in appointments. I went on a Monday morning about 9:30am. It took about 90 minutes to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a really busy weekend. I woke on Saturday morning to a screw in my tire. (Bummer) I called Tire Zoo, they told me to come on over. They fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I witnessed another cool customer service encounter while I was there as well. I highly recommend them, they made my day!

If you want great service and reasonable prices you should go to Tire Zoo in Bloomington! It is a local family business that has been around for MANY years. The brother and sister who own the business are wonderful to work with!
