Pure Imagination Café

Everything was amazing and we'll definitely be back. My only recommendation for atmosphere would be a gate to enclose the kids area. It's so hard to visit with friends when you have multiple children and they keep beelining out of the play area. Other than that, everything was so cool. The food was good and coffees were delicious. My friend and I were both impressed.

They have great sandwiches and salads with creative names. Excellent coffee. They have cute play area and even a party room.

What a fun little cafe. Always humorous seasonal coffees and food with fun specials. A go to breakfast and lunch spot every time I’m in the area. My favorite is the Huey, Duey and Lewie sandwich. Consistently good food and coffee at a reasonable price. Dining in is casual and fun. There’s a little kids section, country store like shopping and cafe tables. We often take out meals from here and are always love whatever we get. Staff is super friendly and care about each order.

We had delicious Chai lattes one hot and one iced, and a game of chess. Great atmosphere.

I have 2 twin newborns. They were asleep in the car and I needed something healthy to eat while passing through town. Kaylee was willing to take my (complicated!) order over the phone and literally walk it out to me at my car!! Exceptional human kindness at its finest.

Great atmosphere. The cafe food options are nice and fresh. This is a perfect place for a simple hangout or to even have a lunch date with your kids. It’s also a lot larger than I expected.

I found this place and added it to my saved places I wanted to go, upon entering you notice “The imagination” Harry Potter all around the room. Love it. It’s very kid friendly along with a play area! They sell treats from local stores in their pastry case. Coffee and food offerings. I really wish I came to eat the food. They offer a wide range of products such as soaps and gourmet snacks. We came in for a quick coffee. Caramel macchiato was just like Starbucks.

just moved here from michigan, have been excited to try the local eats. this place was honestly the best place we’ve been to so far! the cinnamon toast chai drink is HEAVEN and the judd nelson breakfast sandwich was genuinely perfect. my husband had the other side sandwich and it was gone in 2 minutes. the atmosphere is cute and fun, adored the book theme. definitely will be back, super excited to try more menu items!

Wow I didn’t expect that this place would look this good. Just was looking for a coffee and ended up going here. At first was surprised with their coffee menu and later on understood that this whole place is based on Harry Potter theme. The setup was fresh and the ambiance is amazing for the space. Cant wait to go back again for trying a new latte.

Great Coffee with a quiet scene. It features creative drinks, tasty food and even has a nice little place for small children to play (Not fully gated)

All our food was incredible... best sandwiches i ever had... lobster bisque and corn chowder...blt, sept specials all great. Desserts incredible, pumpkin coffee cake yum. Only issue is have to order and pay and get stuff when ready like Panera. Great space and comfy

Food was good, me and my fiancé enjoyed the coziness of the place. Would recommend if you have kids here because there’s a section for kids to play.

Love this place ! So comfy and welcoming and their coffees and gluten free pizzas are da bomb! Plus they have board games and an area for kids to play

Wow. It’s beautiful and theme is delightful—I kept seeing things that made me grin, whimsical names of dishes, menu artwork, thoughtful “touches” like copious games for all ages and books, and the little kid space—oh my, it deserves a chapter! Yes, the exterior sign is uninspired, but that’s the only thing that is. Food is good, we especially liked the coconut latte and the rocky balboa sandwich. I really appreciated kid menu items! Food was priced in line with other similar places—you’ll spend the same at Panera or Jitters. It wasn't particularly fast, but we weren't in a hurry. Since we have a 1- and a 3-year-old, the playspace was the highlight, and the reason for my raving review. There is a mostly-enclosed well-designed and stocked kid space. Like a mini-climbing vines. Seriously. Puzzles, coloring, blocks, trains, play kitchen, diner, market.... I feel so lucky it’s right around the corner. For a long time I’ve fed my coffee shop habit several miles down the road that has a bin of toys for kids and 2 high chairs, but is otherwise standard adult coffee shop. I am just blown away by how wonderful this place is for a family like mine.

The staff and environment at Pure Imagination Cafe is spot on. If you are looking for a place to have fun with the whole family, look no further! The play area and delicious food and specialty drinks make it worth the drive no matter what area of Rochester you are coming from.

Drink selection is amazing. Great price for a latte and tastes better than anything I've ever had.
Food selection is just as good. Full sandwich and meal selection, all the way to a simple quick bite to eat. Pastries and desserts look delicious too!
Cafe has clean and rustic decorations with a splash of eclectic style.
Great for all ages! Large book shelf with books to read, great selection of board games from Candyland to Risk and Pandemic. Play area for small kids!

Definitely going back soon :)
