The only store I come to for my best makeup. Keisha is legit the only makeup artist in years who finally help me find my perfect makeup foundation/concealers and other products. It’s always a warm friendly environment when I come in. I always come to see my girl K she is an absolute delight and a beautiful representation of the company Ulta 💄

This review Is specifically for my experience with their Salon Tech Caren. I got my first haircut after growing my hair out after not cutting it for 4 years Caren gave me a cut and color and I could not be happier with my experience. I was super nervous but her friendly demeanor and conversation helped ease my nerves. She explained everything clearly and gave her recommendations as I was unsure. It's a lovely haircut and great dye job that after a few months is still vibrant enough to garner compliments from strangers (Weird Flex, ik). I highly reccomend anyone to choose Caren for your styling and maintenance needs, She's great! Thanks again, I'm so happy with how it turned out!!

Sandra was personable, helpful and well versed in customer service. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. I definitely will be returning.

Susanne Elite Stylist was absolutely amazing with my hair. The time and care she took was so great. I am super picky and have never gone to a colorist without a friend referring me. Will definitely be coming back. She is an A+ color and stylist!

Yesterday I went Christmas shopping for my daughter and the cashier Aliorlany went out of her way to help me. She was kind and helpful and gave great customer service! It’s always a pleasure to shop at this location, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable!

This is my second time getting my hair done at ulta and I’m really glad I gave it a second chance! My hair stylist Caren really did an amazing jobbbbb!!! I came in with a picture and she really went above and beyond. She is so kind and sweet as well as extremely gentle. Not everyone can do these colors correctly and she really blessed up !!! Definitely booking with her again. 10/10 would recommend!!! Soo happy 💖

People are helpful and I always find what I'm looking for!

I went to Ulta at the Cross County Mall and lucky me got paired with the elite hair colorist, Susana. I came in with my hair needing a lot of attention. We spoke, she got to know me a little and 7 hours later I walked out of there a brand new woman! Yes! My hair needed seven hours worth of work. I told her to do with me what she thought would look good and I was super happy with the results. My next appointment will be much shorter 😉

Their hours are currently wrong. Google lists then as closing at 9:30PM on Saturdays but they close at 9 now. I sauntered in 5 minutes after close and took my sweet time like a total jerk, and the staff were too nice to say anything. Don’t be like me, check the hours on the sign at the door instead of trusting the internet

Such great customer service and make up experts. I love my new foundation. Brianna at the register is so friendly and welcoming. Love this store - I might even try the salon!

Love the variety of stuff they have .

The first impression was not good. I asked a customer representative for an item and she was rude and dismissing. However, I found to wonderful ladies Yazmin and Jess just LOVELY!! I was not sure about the brand of the item I was looking for but they were looking very hard for me and found it... Yeah!! Thank you both, you made a difference in my shopping experience.
