I recently purchased a top from this location. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with any items you may need. Location is clean and plenty of stock to choose from. Please order stock in bigger sizes too my partner has trouble in a few of your stores for pants in a size 36z definitely a popular size. Little expensive but clothes worth the value.

The sales associates are so pleasant and helpful. Quality of the clothes is great as well! Very positive experience at Express in Cross County Mall!

This was my first time in the store and I was looking for a New Year’s Eve outfit, Marian, the girl who assisted me was really nice and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Marian is very welcoming greeted me the min I stepped into the store .Ask if I needed help mentioned they have a personal stylist (very Impressive)Asked what was my outfit for and what was my style like was introduced to Claudia which she was very helpful VIP treatment , Told her it was for the Karol G concert and she hooked me up showing me around the store and giving me options I felt like I was shopping with my homegirl very attentive even when she left me at the fitting room.patrice was very welcoming even rated my outfit and gave me suggestions.I got my Outfit Thank you all for being so professional.Definitely recommend This location has very good customer service. I love express staff are very helpful . A year ago I was in the fitting room and I overheard a staff member talking loud saying they had cameras in the bathroom . On the way out of the store I asked a security guard if that was true . He denied it . Just in case it was true I never use the bathroom . Strange conversation for a staff members to be having.

Excellent Clothes At Very Good Prices

Gets a little crowded, but I guess that says something. Always have deals and staff is great. I recommend signing up for the Express card for even more savings.

Employees are very helpful. Helped me find 4 outfits in under 20 minutes. They checked me out and applied 2 coupons. :)

Express is a wonderful clothing company. I love their suits and outerwear. Their undershirts (V-neck T’s) are also a superb quality
