Love this place! I can't even tell you how great the customer service is here. I had an issue with the Bedstu bag I purchased. I live over an hour away and drove down specifically for the Cadence. Jenn was on top of it and made sure everything was resolved. New bag in hand with fast delivery, and I am so appreciative. You can tell customer service is the number one priority. Stop by and check them out. I know I will be back.

I’ve been shopping at this boutique for almost a year. Jen and her associates are very knowledgeable about shoes, helping me find styles fit for my personality. I stopped in to Scarpa Belle this morning with the worst pain in my heel. I have battled plantar fasciitis for years and it came back with a raging vengeance to the point where the pain was so great, I cried when walking. I was greeted by Jen, who was simply incredible-truly concerned about the pain I was in and said she had a shoe that would alleviate it! Oh my goodness, she wasn’t exaggerating! OOFOS! I felt immediate relief and 3 hours later, I’m walking around in them with zero discomfort in my heel! Thank you so much, Jen, for your excellent customer service, and extra care and attention given! New loyal customer, right here!
