Luke is an expert at his trade. He is a true executor of your interests. When you want to purchase a property or need to review real estate, he is the goto reference for the capital district. My experience working with him was service oriented. It was focused on my goals and he advocated for my interests while ensuring clear and direct communication. As a transaction coordinator, Luke and his team were also excellent at organizing lender, inspector, appraisal, and other parties. He was extremely punctual and honest as well as always one step ahead of the transaction. He is focused on your satisfaction not the bottom line. Even when I was unable to make an appointment, at my request he was able to step in and represent me. His counsel is fair and realistic for any negotiations; what is great is his rolodex for any services you may require during a real estate transaction. I can go on about how fantastic the team is, but now is the time to find out yourself.
