I go here 2-3times a week Usually we'll stocked I recommend you don't go on weekends unless you like crowds My only suggestion would be to have self check out be for no more than 10 items

They had everything I needed. Store was bright and clean.
Check was a breeze.

Great prices, always clean every time I visit. Couldn't ask for a better Hannaford!

I LOVE the Latham location! I get my favorite seltzer and frozen dinners here! I LOVE HANNAFORD!

Everything is fresher at Hannafords.
Antipasto trays for a quick get together.
Pickled veggies. Bakery, fish, lobster and other seafood even shaved beef.
Not to mention specialty and gourmet foods. Very appealing, all around convenient.

Good parking lot, decent interior, generally less expensive than Market Bistro down the street. It's a Hannaford.

Different food gourmet you can't get anywhere else so clean and maintained excellent customer service and selection in every way bakery produce meat are above and beyond most stores the prepared food selection is amazing just fantastic fabulous place

Good product inventory. The store is clean and well organized.

Very attentive, friendly staff. My cashier and bagger went the extra mile to make sure to my groceries were bagged with care which is always appreciated! When I got home the meats were wrapped together, the frozen items were all in one bag, and same with the pantry items! I was impressed.

Basic store. Clean, friendly staff. Had an issue at the bakery today (3/21/23). Brittany the manager took care of it right away. Having over 18 years experience in customer service, she handled the situation the exact way I would have. Thank you Brittany.

Nice and clean, organized, had everything fresh that I was looking for. No long lines. Self check out was cards only. I was shopping for myself and neighbor who gave me cash so that was a bummer I had the go to a different register. All in all good experience.

We've been going to Hannaford for years. They have a great selection and the store is clean and inviting. The employees there are friendly, and we particularly appreciate their hiring policy.

It's so nice here. It's bright and clean and they have the BEST bakery. My daughter is 16 now and I've gotten her birthday cakes from Hannaford every single year and have never been let down. The people that work in the bakery are super nice and helpful as well, which of course makes the whole experience that much easier. The deli here is great as well

Just wanted to give hannaford to go staffs esp the manager Kim a shout out for going above and beyond at the Latham location. I use hannaford to go often and I usually pick up my groceries. I have been home very sick with Covid and I had it to be delivered to my home today however the driver from instacart messed up. He not only dropped the groceries off at the wrong address, he also forgot to drop off some of the items. I called and filed a complaint, everyone I spoke with on the phone were not only helpful but very empathetic the fact that I was sick esp Kim. She went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved even tho it wasn’t their fault. Thank you for setting the fine example of what a great customer service should be!
