We would definitely recommend Shana to everyone we know . She priced our house to sell and it was only on the market for 2 days with multiple offers. She went away for the weekend and still worked throughout the day fielding offers and phone calls. That to me is dedication to her clients for sure ! My daughter bought and sold with Shana. She was completely satisfied. So I went with Shana. Though there were some issues that I wasn’t aware of about my home that needed repair and took me awhile to find someone to do the work it finally sold.

In the Fall of 2019, my guy and I found ourselves in a hostile living environment due to new tenants in our apartment building. We decided to start shopping for a home. After a number of weeks, we lost the first house we were interested in AND our original realtor. To say we were feeling a lost and defeated would be an understatement.

Enter: Shana Edwards.

Her easy personality made us instantly comfortable and her obvious real estate expertise squelched any concerns we had about starting over. We shopped around for the next couple of weeks. I purchased my home in Dec 2014. I relocated from the Cincinnati area. I hooked up with Shana when I had questions about one of her listings. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, even though it was not her listing. We made plans to connect. I sent her all the listings I was interested in seeing. In Oct of 2014, I came up to NY for one weekend . We spent 10 hrs on Sat looking at every house on my list....my house was the 4th one we toured....it was exactly what I was searching for. I had been preapproved for a mortgage prior to looking, but when I hit a snag with that , Shana was able to redirect me to a different mortgage company, and I was preapproved, and able to make my offer....and this all took place on Sunday!!!
Shana was interested in helping me find my home, regardless of whether or not it was her listing. I dealt with numerous realtors via the internet, but they only had interest when I had interest in one of their listings....and that's where it ended. She is a true gogetter, and has been invaluable to me. To this day, she is my go to person when I need something done at my home. She has never steered me wrong and has endless resources. Just this past month I reached out to her for help with leaking sunroom windows....had been trying for 2 weeks to find someone to look at them....very hard thing to find apparently....1 text to Shana, and the guys were here and the job is done!!! What more could a person ask for.

We were extremely happy with Al Martin - after we told him what we were looking for, the third house he found for us and showed us, we fell in love with. I am in an industry where I know all parts of a building and damages to a building. I was impressed with the things he was looking for when he looked over the house.

Based on his recommendations in submitting our offer, we were able to get the house for less than we were going to spend despite multiple offers. After the offer acceptance, he was on top of all inspections and anything else we needed. Definitely a pleasant experience and super happy to be moving into our dream home in a great neighborhood!!
