Love this place! They do amazing work! Jen and Ann are the best but everyone is worth the trip..

My parents/ Family own their business and they build connections with all there customers but it gets overwhelming, we are busy 24/7 and if you cannot wait and be patient then simply do not come. We want to get you out of the nail salon looking pretty as much as you do but the rudeness and arguing is not needed, we want to build a happy environment but it goes both way. We love our customers and look forward to seeing them 🤍🤍

Love this salon, it's getting harder for me to find a salon that does acrylic nails the real way. I hate those silly glue and dip acrylics they never stay on as long! The ppl in pretty nails are friendly enough and efficient, I've never had an issue yet!

My daughter, granddaughter and I all go to Anna. Our nails always are perfect! Anna does beautiful artwork too.

The customer service is always on point. Anna is awesome and always on point with my nails. I love Pretty Nails!

Loved it. I was late to my appointment but still didn't have to wait long. The two people I had for my mani and pedi were polite and paid close attention to the designs I wanted. Anthony. I believe his name is, is my new go to. Oh and that massage chair 🥰

My go to nail spot. Anna is amazing! Jenny is good too. All the staff there are always very nice. Fair prices - which include most nail shapes for free. They have a great nail color selection. Including regular polish, gel, mood, holographic and powder! I've been going to place for years, they're always on top of the new color trends. Never disappointed!!
Only thing is, if you dont make an appt for during the week and decide to go on Saturday as a walk in, You will definitely be waiting a while if you're not there right when they open.

I have always gone to Nails and Beyond on Hoosick St but lately they haven't been doing a good job. Always leave disappointed. So went back to this place for the 1st time in 10 years and Anthony did a fabulous job. Plus they are cheaper than their competitor. Will definitely be going back from now on.

Best place to get your nails done! I am very picky about how my nails are done and who touches them. Anna is my go to but I have sat for others in a pinch. They're clean, they clean their tubs and tools after every pedicure and they're just a pleasant bunch.

They do a great job with my nails and they don't cost to much.

Absolutely amazing nail techs! Called and got an appointment right away same day! I’ll be continuing to use them I’ve never left somewhere actually happy with my nails but this place impressed me.

From my experience, Keith the barber does a great men's haircut. He listens to what kind of cut you want, pays attention to detail, and makes sure you're happy with the cut. I recommend him for any dudes who need a trim in the Troy area.

The 1st time I went I didn't like it and they were very rude. My daughter talked me into trying them again and they did an excellent job. Will go back again.

Lynn is my nail tech and she always delivers from my simple appointments to my detailed appointments. We collab on my nails and I always get compliments.
