Stewart's Shops

Went here for the memes but now it is my home. Stewarts is paradise in the city of Troy. It is tradition to come here during the New Years to stock up on their offerings. Thank you Stewarts for showing me and my friends how true businesses should be operated. Good business.

Modernized and well-maintained branch of Stewart’s. Good illumination without being too strident. Digitized price signs on the pumps. Car vacuum outside. Inside all sorts of foodstuffs and refreshments — hot and cold — are available. Newspapers, magazines and basic necessities like products for hygiene. Lotto is on sale, and behind the counter, ice cream in cones is prepared.

I stopped in this store the other night for milk and saw a police officer escort a blind man to the shop. An employee was kind enough to get the man (whom had a broken walking stick) to a table. She then when about the store to collect everything he said he wished to buy and even made him whatever hot food he asked for. She was so kind and helpful to this man I really appreciated that, as I have an blind uncle whom I'd love to know was treated as kindly! So props to that employee Amber I believe it was (thick red haired woman)! And the two others who were on shift who covered everything else so she could help this man (I didn't catch the others names but a young dirty blonde male, and a pretty young brunette who was very perky and light spoken). Good work guys!

This Stewart's has been my favorite morning stop for the last year. The staff is so friendly at 5am the just stopping in to grab a coffee puts me in a better mood as I start my day.

Best experience at a Stewart's I've had! I came in with a large group of people after hitting down town Troy and we all wanted ice cream. Tiki and Maddy greeted us all worth a smile and we're more than happy to deal with our nonsense and help us figure out what ice cream we wanted. Once we we're all served they continued to work but kept conversation going with and made us feel very welcome, I completely forgot I was even in a gas station. There were a few odd customers who came in and even a rude guy who wouldn't leave them alone, nonetheless, they handled them all with tact and went out of their way to appolagize to us for other people's behavior and made sure we we're all comfortable. Next time you want ice cream just go to this Stewart's with Tiki and Maddy on shift, you'll get better service, better ice cream, and a great experience for less money than anywhere else in town, I will go back in again just because of them.

Tiki and Maddie are the freaking best!!! We went with some friends for some late night ice cream but they ended up making it the best stop of the night!! So awesome and fun and helpful!! Best Stewart's I've ever been to!!

Typically the cheapest gas you can get on Hoosick, and the store is awesome! If you haven't been to Stewart's before, go inside! Stewart's is an Up State NY treasure, offering great food and service! Can't rave about the ice cream enough.

So I went to buy a phone card for my phone and of course the numbers didnt print out clearly which happens everywhere but this time I couldn't make the numbers out at all. The manager in training Steph actually stayed and helped and I mean she called the phone company with me and she even stayed past her time to make sure in the end I didnt lose my $50. Not alot of people would go out of there way to help someone these days and I got really lucky that she was as amazing as she is. Thank you so much!!!

Andy is by far the best employee I ever came across at the shop! Always friendly, always ready to help me find whatever I’m looking for😁 he’s a great guy and has great customer service as always! Thankyou and I will definitely be back!👌🏽
