The quality of their items is great and they have great deals on their products. From rugs, to couches, to tables to chairs to beds. I was assisted by Stanley at the rug area who was amazingly patient and helpful. Plus is the store is dog friendly! Bhazi approves !

My shopping experience was very pleasant. They have good options and Wendy, the sales associate that helped me was a pleasure, knowledge and so helpful.

Debbie was so wonderful to work with. She helped us find the perfect couch for our space. We had such a great experience we will be coming back to her for all our furniture needs!!

Bob answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. We had visited many furniture stores on Route 22 looking for a sectional and experienced many aggressive sales people. We felt very comfortable at Macy's and will definitely be back

Debbie is the best! We moved to Union last year in August and fell in love with a couch and bedroom set. It was out of stock due to the pandemic but because of Debbie and her outstanding customer service, we waited 8 months for delivery. It is finally home and looks beautiful. Every time we go to the store Debbie is there with her loving and excellent services.

Customer service was amazing and lots of variety. Also, the staff was very knowledgeable. They are honest and try to help the customer as much as they can.

The place is not much to look at from the outside but has a good selection of furniture inside, ranging from country to contemporary styles for the house and patio. The quality and prices are surprisingly good. The associate Jim who helped us was knowledgeable and not pushy. Mattresses and rugs are available as well as options to customize furniture fabrics.

I went into the store to browse around. I had been thinking for a while to buy a sectional sofa, but the prices were too high and the quality was not good. I was greeted, then allowed to look around without anyone hounding me. I saw three sectionals that I liked and the prices were very affordable. I asked Jasmin for information on one of the sectionals because I was not sure if it would fit in my livingroom. She was friendly and printed the meadurments. I went home and told my husband. We measured and saw it fit. we went to the store that afternoon and the other sales lady, Debbie, was there since a Jasmine had gone home for the day. Debbie was wonderful. We looked at the three sectionals and measured. She answered all of our questions. We bought the sectional and she also suggested the worry nomore coverage, which protected our sectional for 7 years should it break or stained or the mechanical part would break. We got it. It us peace of mind. She was wonderful and the process to buy was easy. We would definitely go back and recommend this store to anyone.

Decently priced quality furniture store. Great, extensive selection, quick and pleasant sales transaction. Super quick delivery: everything arrived and was assembled within 3-4 days of purchase.

Very helpful staff. Not much more than that, it's a furniture store. If you are looking for furniture, you could purchase it here; you would be able to speak with the helpful staff and possibly then effectuate a purchase.
