Print shop was a pleasure to work with. I was in there doing a project for Kean University and these two women, Shelby and her coworker were awesome to work with. Helpful, professional, personally and clearly cared that customers had an exceptional experience. These two deserve a raise! Will do all printing here!

I went to staples in Springfield New Jersey on Route 22. And was helped by Kasey. She has extraordinary customer service. She was very attentive, caring and made sure I had everything I needed along with every other customer. She made my experience one to remember. She ran the copy and print services area like no other. And made sure all her customers were help. We need more like her bubbly helpful and happy to work.

Customer Service is amazing in this specific store, the printing and marketing team are super helpful, kind and patient, I had to get some business cards and there were so many changes I had to make and they work with me in making those changes I've never experience such an excellent service in any other office store, thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Julian at the copy center in Springfield, NJ is my hero. Not only did he see my frustration with the copier, but he helped our non-profit save money by having Staples copy center fulfill our copy job. It was done on time and under budget (he didn't even know our budget). He saved me hours of sitting at the machines and collating. He knew what I needed before I even asked. He is the reason I will go to that location again. A++

I had a package to ship and I found the customer service experience to be excellent. I am not that big a fan of Staples, it has generally been a necessary evil type of thing but this visit was the exception

So nice that they have clips, white out, post it's, and such available to use while making copies. And staff is near by to help if needed. Also no change is ever needed, you use your credit or debit card and it only charges it with that you actually use.

The service was amazing. They saved me from wasting 300.00. I found the printer for my private practice and the guy even carried the box to my car.

I had to print a banner as a rush order, same day printing and I have go to say I had the best service. They were super helpful and attentive.

Most of you complaining here go into the store and and act like total asswholes I witnessed it first hand giving the workers a hard time and expect them to be nice I had the best service there especially from the manager Mark great job

Well known for their low prices on office equipment and stationary products! I come here all the time! Come to Staples and save some money too!

EXCELLENT SERVICE...I WAS HELPED WITH THE SELF PRINT SERVICE AT 8:40PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 9.THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE EXCEPTIONAL HELPFUL AND WAS VERY PATIENT BEING THAT IT WAS ALMOST CLOSING TIME.
