Very clean... great personal... bathroom on point... fresh food isles very organized and fresh... great experience back to school prices are reasonable on select items... overall give it a thumbs up

Clean, friendly staff, has parking lot, stocked shelves and also has other stores near by.

I had a problem with a couple of things from a previous day's shopping trip. I used the self check-out and didn't realize I chose to get cash back. And since I was in a hurry I just grabbed the receipt and left. (The machine had a sign that said "no cash back".) I realized this a day after. So I went to guest services the next day and Ms. Diane patiently took the time to walk me over to the self-check out customer service and made sure I got my money back. Two ladies on duty at that time just "washed their hands" and told her they weren't responsible since they weren't on duty when it happened. I didn't catch the name of the supervisor at that time, but he gave me the refund after reviewing the camera footage. Then I also had a couple of items that rang up as regular price when it was supposed to be on sale. Ms. Diane told me I didn't get the savings cuz I didn't use my SR store card. I guess I was in such a hurry that I thought my card scanned since I heard a beep. Anyway, she made sure I got refunded for those items as well. That's great customer service right there! Thank you, Ms. Diane!

Had a great experience with the bakery department. They did not disappoint! Made the order on line and then spoke with them to reconfirm and they exceeded expectations Cake was for two events in one and they made it perfectly and it was delicious marble cake with pudding center. Great job!

Lovely shop lots of good stuff at very reasonable price compared to west coast of US at least .. Food court is brilliant

Nice helpful staff. Huge selection. I Got my Kosher Turkey from there. The butcher was nice enough to take my order and keep it for us till the end of the day. Thank You. I also like the fact that they have children carts, so my child always wanna go to the yellow car store LOL. Keep Up the good job

I love this Shoprite even do I already have 1 around the corner from where I live, but will choose this location 1st. It has so much more stock ups & the food Bar's is excellent you can choose from a variety 😀 wich I 🧡!!

A little busy because it's the 1st of the month but the store is well maintained.

Clean, organized, friendly staff. It's really nice inside, it gets busy fast but there are plenty of staff to help and assist customers.

Always busy, but super quick cashier's. Nice meet and excellent fish department. Fish guy is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

The place itself with groceries is good and affordable but other than the the selection in this ShopRite doesn't compare to the one in Linden .. so many selections.

Love the store. Have been shopping here since it opened and shopping at the old location for over 40 years. However, I very seldom get a cashier who’s friendly….they all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I bag my own groceries ALL THE TIME and seldom get a thank you! Instead they get an attitude when I ask for paper and plastic!!! I will not let this stop me from continuing to shop there but I do hope some of the attitudes change. We all have to wok for a living and having a better attitude will make the day brighter…

Jessica was my cashier. She was polite, professional and checked me out quickly and proficiently. I would recommended her for a promotion. 11/10.

I've shopped at this Shoprite many times, when I feel like driving to it. I can't think of an unpleasant experience their. I especially like to get my cold cuts from there the meat seems always fresh. I see sense my last visit they added self check out by the cooked foods. Nice!

I went into the store for the first time. It is massive with so many products. I never knew I've been missing out. The hot food and salad bar section has so much variety, especially if you want something quick and on the go. The prices were decent but can't beat LIDL(but no store can anyway). A very enjoyable experience overall.

I have been to a couple of the shop rite supermarkets but this one is by far the best. I don't go as often as I like but those few times that I was there was a wonderful experience. This is a huge store and well stocked and the pastry, bakery and seafood department are truly fresh. The area where they have hot food I highly recommend.

I truly appreciate good customer service. 6/24 I visited the store for dinner. Dorian was patience and kind as he suggested healthy products to my daughter and I. Although, I was headed for the sale items he explained the benefits of what was best for me instead. Sometimes with a busy day I can forget to put myself first , but with people like Dorian working at the Union location I know I will receive outstanding customer service and good meal options. Thank you Dorian. Keep up the great work😊

Probably the nicest ShopRite I've ever been to. And I've been to 44 of the 50 states in this beautiful country. Their hot food bar is well kept and clean. Seafood section butcher station delicatessen all available right when you walk in. Surprised to find there weren't any self-checkout stations. Waiting on line to pay was the only part of the experience that can use improvement. I understand a lot of people are off because of the holiday Tuesday but I felt I could have been more checkout lanes open. Definitely would recommend highly regardless.
