Springfield Hot Bagels

Carla always has a warm greeting and a smile on her face. The ladies that work here are very quick and efficient with their service. Good bagels, good blts, good taylor ham sandwiches. Quick stop for a quick bite. Coffee is always fresh! Thank you ladies!

Delicious. Stopped by Sunday morning for an everything bagel with lox spread ($5) and small coffee ($2). Bagel was nicely toasted, crunchy on the outside, chewy and soft on the inside. Paired with a generous schmear of savory lox cream cheese, it was a great way to start the day.

I saw a sign for a $17.99 special for 6 bagels, 1/2 lb cream cheese and 1/4 lb lox. Seems like a good deal and I'll try that next time I host brunch.

Love the faster service, always all the ingredients, exactly what I ordered. Delicious and good prices! Mrs. Carla is always fast.

It is a shame that I have to complain about the coffee station is always running empty and the half and half is always empty. It is terrible the waste of napkins, is too full and everyone I took ended up broken, I had to open the container.

This place is great! The staff was friendly and offered alternative options when my first choice wasn't available. They were prompt, attentive and friendly. The place is clean and my order was made hot and fresh. I will definitely return again.

PS: They have good coffee too.

I very rarely post reviews for any food establishments, but for Springfield Hot Bagels, I must. Whether I've ordered online, over the phone, or in person, I've always received exactly what I had asked for. Perfectly cooked eggs... over easy, over medium, or scrambled. Bagels and platters done just right. This is the place to go for a quick breakfast or lunch.

I’ve had every bagel in Springfield, the surrounding towns, and I work in NYC and I’ve had those too. These are the best bagels I’ve ever had. I go every week. Much better than the place down the street on Mountain.

Grateful this place opened because I was tired of driving all the way to Bagel spot on Morris Ave just to get a decent taylor egg and cheese. The bagel place on mountain ave has good bagels but miraculously doesn't have TEC, and Alan's has them but not really good, granted it's not their specialty. Both the bagels and the TEC in this spot are excellent.

Always good food. The team there is the best! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy!

The best bagels in the area, hands down.
When I moved to Mountainside from Jersey City I was seriously bummed about losing all my awesome NYC bagel spots. It's a high bar to match and after trying some ok but ultimately worse bagel spots in town, I happened upon this spot, which I had not seen before. Thank god the place I had been going was closed for a bit or I would not have been lucky enough to look more closely at this spot.
The bagels are fresh (and hot if you go early), soft, and HUGE. The other shops in town are ok and their staff is pleasant, but this bagel shop is the clear winner on taste alone. I wish they had a few more flavors, but overall it's a great selection.
If you moved here from NYC, THIS IS YOUR SPOT.

Stopped in for breakfast on the run. Ordered Taylor, egg & cheese on a bagel. Sandwich was ready in under 5 minutes. Tasted great, super fresh bagel.

Restaurant was clean and workers very polite. Definitely recommend.

What a great addition to Springfield!! Service was friendly and bagels were fresh and on point. Had ordered a BLT and Lox with cream cheese both came with enough to make two sandwiches. Definitely my go to from now on.

The food and service is wonderful here. Delicious bagels, mini bagels for the kids, and their bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was so satisfying.
