Walgreens

I come to this Walgreens fairly often as I work in Short Hills and have been very impressed by the store and the staff. Everyone is polite and efficient and the store is clean and kept up nicely.

Pharmacy is really great and caring. Yes, sometimes there are hiccups but mostly they are wonderful.

Goods:
The best Walgreens in north jersey. Super clean, organized and cool staff. Everything is so neatly packed. Atmosphere is nice and chill.

The Not so good:
Pharmacy staff I wish was as cool as the store staff. They have the ability to be cool too.

After having some sort of eye distress, the pharmacist was extremely helpful recommending over the counter products. Also, the front cashier and Manager were very patient helping me with my transaction using my debit card as I had difficulty seeing. Their help was truly appreciated that night. Thank you Walgreens! Excellent prices and sales too and a convenient location in Millburn for me.

Great place. Very convenient. The ppl there are very kind and helpful. I don't understand why there is 1 star rating saying ppl are rude 3 years ago. This place just opened 1 year ago, how come the comments 3 years ago show up? Maybe Google system made some mistake and put rating for other place here?

This is a well run, efficient pharmacy.

I come here for the pharmacy most of the time and they have photo services up front along with plenty of random over the counter medicines and supplies. While it's a little more expensive, you're getting inconvenience of something close to home. Earlier last year they had a problem with finding a pharmacist for Sundays, so they were closed but they appear to have resolved that problem now.

Go there only to pick up prescriptions. In my case, they have always been prompt, even when the line is long. It is a high-volume location from what I can see, but the wait has never been too bad.

Note: I've never seen more than one attendant at the general register regardless of the line. I never use it though...

Staff is helpful and the pharmacy is very good at answering any questions you might have.

My only issue is the parking lot. It’s very odd. Getting in and out is a pain. Not the best location for a pharmacy.

Not great. It's very clean and tidy and it's easy to park there. But, as others have pointed out, the pharmacy is bad (errors, delays) and there often isn't anyone on checkout.

Not friendly

Distilled alkaline water 1 gallon jug had a shelf price tag of $1.99 but at checkout it read way over, the 6 jugs that I bought was closer to $30! I pushed back and the manager was summoned who said that price was only for Walgreens members and would I like to join?? I didn't want to but had no choice lugging 6 heavy jugs and after I signed up, the bill was $23.94, or $3.99 per jug, nowhere close to the $1.99 posted on the shelf. Protested again and the manager walked over to verify on the shelf and billed me $11.94 for the 6 jugs. So Walgreens pockets the excess charge if customer is not vigilant or doesn't have time? Unacceptable, this is blatant dishonesty!
