The Colonel's Place

The Colonel's Place is awesome for finding unique and timeless treasures. Not only are there a variety of things to see, but the place itself is steeped in history. With roots back to Generac and dairy farming sciences you'll get more than you bargained for in a stop!

Hidden away in the Kettle Moraine near Genesee Depot. A neat antiquing place, with a lot of local Wisconsin dairy history & even a little museum. I picked up a couple of knick-knacks, having stumbled upon Brook Hill road on a country drive. Weekend - seasonal hours.

Wonderful people and lots of unique treasures. You can find something for even the hardest person to buy for... love it🤗❤🤗

Great antique shop great customer service

This is a huge antique and collectible shop. The prices are very reasonable and the owner is very friendly. It was my first time going there, I probably will go back again.

We were excited to see the Colonel's Place, however, it was closed even though the website shows they are open. A note on the door states if you want to see the place you can call a number. "They are only 5 minutes away." This should be noted on the website. I certainly don't want to have to wait for someone to show up to open up a business that is suppose to be open. Not a good way to be successful.

Signs say, and have said for what 2 yrs now, "big sale 50-75% off" Well there's no sale. You can get the same stuff and cheaper at Goodwill. Lady is rude and lacks any sense of customer service. How does this place even stay open?
