Grand Appliance and TV

The staff in Genesee Depot, WI were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Wayne helped me find my perfect dishwasher. I was able to get my new dishwasher for the same price as the local big box store. I also trust their installers, and if I should have any issues, I know they are there to help. I have used them before for several appliances and I have never had a problem. Delivery and install is scheduled and I'll be up and running in less than 2 days! I like to shop local and support local businesses. We are lucky to have them close by.

Went in for a new washer & dryer to the Genessee outlet. I had pretty much already decided on the models. As I was paying, I remembered I need an oven too (been living on a toaster oven for 3 years after our Viking died). BTW, the induction top we got is Fantastic.

Everything great. Delivery on time, all appliances working great.

Great delivery experience! The crew was professional, on time, and took the old fridge out and installed the new fridge without banging into the walls or doing any other damage. Greatly appreciated!

The installation crew lead by Jose was exceptional. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, neat, and careful with the new the appliances and our home. Kevin and his co-worker (his name escapes me) my installers were both wonderful, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Grand Appliance.

Wayne was a great help and a wonderful source of knowledge as we set out to choose our new kitchen appliances. Couldn't have asked for a better sales associate. Wanted to edit this post to include the delivery and installation associates. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful group, from Alex to Kevin and others. As he was leaving, Kevin even thanked me for buying from Grand which told me he appreciated our business and that he wasn't just going through the motions.

Knowledgeable staff. Wayne showed me the washer I was interested in and guided me through its systems. I had done a price comparison with another store, and Wayne gave me an adjustment to match the other store. So. Grand appliance is now my new appliance store.

Beautiful showroom, wonderful customer service, great prices. They went the extra mile to find a refrigerator that would work in our space. Install and haul away is great. Walking out the door with a quote and product specs is wonderful! They also look for rebates! Thank you for your help!

Wayne was able to absolute beat every competitors' prices and provide faster delivery, then exceeded delivery expectations by the gentlemen who carefully set our dishwasher in the location of my choosing. Love this place. Got a smokin' deal on a iq cloths washer too- same experience.

The installers were professional and quick. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Worked as a team to provide a flawless installation.

Yesterday we had an LG washer and dryer delivered to our house from Grand Appliance in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin. Not only did we get a great deal, but we also got great service from Kevin Richtsmeier. Kevin was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the process letting us know when he would be at the house to deliver our appliances. He was very professional and did a great job! Kevin was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable and spent time answering our questions. We would highly recommend Grand Appliance as a company and definitely ask for Kevin for delivery! Great job guys !

Great delivery! Communication about what time the driver would arrive was fabulous - included real time map and phone call when they were 20 minutes away. Delivery men were personable and knowledgeable!

I just bought a new washer and dryer. The sales dept was very thorough on the brands explaining features etc. Nice store. My items were in stock. I liked that they will take my old ones.

The sales people don't pounce on or hound you. Great experience! I was able to look around on my own for a while before a sales person asked if I had any questions or needed help. I will definitely shop there again.

Service, service, service. What a wonderful experience. Even though I already knew pretty much what I wanted, the guys really help me nail down my decision on the product and really accommodated me with delivery dates. Highly recommend!

Kevin was my sales guy and he was great. Our conversation started on the phone. My refrigerator died and the part would take 2-3 weeks to get in...Kevin started his research and by the time I was able to go into the store I was ready to make my purchase. The delivery was scheduled two days later. The first refrigerator had a couple of issues and by the end of the evening, Kevin called me and had scheduled delivery for a replacement refrigerator! I was delighted. Kevin went over and above to make sure I was happy with my purchase. My cabinet over the new refrigerator needed to be altered. He hooked me up with Brian the owner of All Custom Builder. Brian knew what he was doing and took on the challenge to make sure my new refrigerator would fit and that was accomplished. Brian was curious, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. I was very fortunate to have two of the best men to help me with my purchase. I will return to Grand Appliance for the next purchase! Very helpful and courteous. Arrival within the window given and the app for the driver's location was very helpful.
We will be using Freddy's Grand appliance again should we buy another rental.
