I recently bought my first AR-15 and had some questions about parts not fitting, as well as wanting to learn a bit more about it. I went into Midwest and they were beyond helpful as well as extremely friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They answered all my questions and helped me install a few parts I ended up buying from them. They also had a good selection of pistols and they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any questions you may have or any parts you may need.
It was my first visit there but definitely wont be my last!

Customer service was very helpful. They must use some supernatural form of shipping because I ordered my item Wednesday and it arrived Friday and it was free since I met the purchase amount minimum. Pretty impressive considering all the holiday delays that everyone else experiences

I bought a midwest handrail from one of their distributors, and myself installed it wrongly and rendered it nonfunctional, brought it in explained the situation and they gave me a replacement at no cost! The customer service I received was so much better then I deserved. They didn't ask me 20 questions about my purchase they just stood behind their product even when the issue was no fault of theirs. I will definitely be going back for any of my future firearm needs!

Phenomenal customer service, and products. Recently bought a slim line hand guard from them, and thought I didn't receive the barrel nut (found in the shipping packaging). Emailed them and Andy got in contact with me offering to send out the barrel but for free; luckily I located it! Andy also went above and beyond to help me problem solve potential headspace issues I was having, as this piece was included in my first build.

I bought a handguard to replace the original on my AR. They installed it for free while I waited! Very friendly people, respectful, unlike a lot of gun shops I've been to. Don't talk down to you there. I'll be doing all my firearm business there from now on. Worth the 45 minute drive!

My experience when I visited Midwest Industries was awesome! The staffs are down to Earth, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. The environment is great, even the customers were respectful. I brought my first AR 15 build in to get the headspace checked, which turned out to be a better outcome than I've expected. The staff torqued my buffer tube nut, barrel nut, and Strike Industries comp to spec for no cost!!! 😄
He even shot my gun with Federal 5.56 bullets to make sure it is safe for me to shoot.
Highly recommend this gun shop if you are looking for professional gun smiths, or high quality parts.
