Always had great experience with everyone here. The field techs are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Be nice to them. Just like anything else, if you are mean you get what you give. I no longer use there scheduled service. Just checking my testing I do and buying parts n chemicals. They services my Dolphin without question when it stopped working. Warranty work but still, very quick and knowledgeable. Great pool store. Thanks Jake.

We bought a spa from them 2 years ago. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable. Customer service there is some of the best we've had with any company. Every time I've gone in with questions, to buy chemicals or have our water tested, I was greeted with a smile. I've never left still having questions, and was always treated with kindness and respect. We did a lot of research before purchasing our spa. We found their products to be superior to the others we looked at, and their pricing to be fair. If you're looking for a place to take care of all your needs through the life of your spa, this is the place!

I have never been in the store yet but I was having issues with my pool and a very nice man Eric came and fixed it the next day. It's hard to find good people like him anymore. So if his actions and great customer service have any reflection on this company...I'm using this place from now on!!!!

Poolside has been a great place to work with. We purchased a used spa from them last year in the height of Covid. They have been very helpful with advice and when we had some issues. Kera has been great to work with.

I can not say enough about Chris and his team! They provide the best customer service I have ever received in any industry! Chris treats his clients like family and is always extremely helpful and responsive to any question or issue you have. He goes above and beyond what is expected even after the pool is finished. There have been many times Chris has come to our rescue in getting our issues solved right before we have parties or people over!! Chris is a great guy and I would highly recommend Poolside not only for the amazing work product but unprecedented customer service that you just don’t find anywhere else!!!

Such an amazing place. They had an excellent plan in place to get chemicals during virus shut down. I was so impressed! Then today I had an emergency pipe leaking and they were able to get me support even when they were closed. The tech was so polite and never gave up on the problem. Great service company!

They are fantastic with water chemistry! I have them open (and close) my pool- it clears up quickly, then a few days later I take in a sample and they give specific instructions on what to add, how much and when. They are right on every time! Makes balancing and maintaining the pool easy.

There is no doubt that Bullfrog is a good brand of spa. However, what makes it great are the people who know it and are willing to service it. Chris Sivak is one of those people. I have a Bullfrog spa in AZ and have asked Chris twice for advice. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is no doubt who I would choose for a spa.

Poolside recently installed a beautiful new liner in our in-ground pool.
Poolside's crew arrived Friday night to begin draining the pool. Saturday morning, they arrived early to remove the old liner and prepare the pool for the new one.

Once the old liner was removed, they prepared the pool surface and installed the beautiful new liner. When the water trucks arrived, they carefully installed the pool fixtures and the result is beautiful!!

The entire process from start to finish took over 6 hours. The Poolside crew was super friendly and professional. They answered all our questions and kept us informed of each step in the process.

We will continue to use Poolside for all our pool and spa needs and we highly recommend them for any pool or spa service.

I just would like to thank Payton & Kira (sorry if I butchered spelling) for helping figure out my darn pool. This is my 2nd year with it but I don't remember anything that was said last year.
I called with sampling questions and Payton was very polite and specific on what to do. Then when I got to poolside Kira helped me with the sample right away and explained everything to me. Even wrote down the steps on the bottle for me because I kept mixing everything up. She then carried everything out to my jeep. Then informed me that I could bring my puppy in next time instead of leaving him in the car.
Thank you so much for your help. Highly recommended.

Great customer service after a longer than usual wait for our new spa cover. This company really cares about having satisfied customers!

The house that we bought came with a pool and I had no idea how to open, close, or maintain it. The have helped me with all of my questions- extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend their store for all of their pool and hot tub needs!
