I had contacted 3 companies about installing a stair lift in my home, and 101 Mobility was by far the most professional company to work with. They did not spend a lot of time trying to convince me to buy their product but rather took measurements and answered my questions since I already knew what lift I wanted. Donna was very helpful answering questions I had after receiving the quote. Mike did a great job installing the lift and tested it out with both my husband and me. I would recommend this company if you want good customer service and great products.

A good company to work with. We bought two lifts through them. Installation techs were quick and professional. One lift has needed minor service, which was quickly taken care of.

I never leave reviews, but this company deserves it. I am totally pleased with the excellent quality lift chair that was installed. The whole experience was so smooth. The communication with Donna was top notch. The estimator was professional and I enjoyed being treated like I was a friend. Installer Keith was so experienced, kind and informative. I have had 101 Mobility install three (3) stair lifts for me. In each case Donna and her staff were very responsive and helpful during the process. Installation was efficient and considerate to each site's need. All expectations were met or exceeded. All three stair lifts are performing as described. Excellent service. When I first called them for information, I was given a clear quotation of the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Service was very fast. Given our constraints, they had someone over to take measurements on the day I called them. Installation was quick and efficient. The sales team was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the purchasing process. The installation team did great work. They were courteous, explained the proper operation of the stair climber, and best of all, did not leave a mess in our house.

An excellent job well done. They installed a Bruno scooter lift in my van. The job took longer than expected but it was the manufacture's fault by providing a part with the holes in the wrong place. 101 Mobility corrected the mistake on premises. Friendly, family atmosphere provided while waiting for the install.

We got a ramp that attaches to our garage step for my ma (who I take care of & lives with us). Very HELPFUL people and the guy that came to inspect and install was great. Thanks a lot......it works great and comes down so we can put my car in when the weather is bad. Highly recommend.

101 Mobility in Waukesha Wisconsin is a most remarkable company. My father in law is 88 years old and to get to the living quarters in his house he must walk an entire flight of stairs. He is still mobile, but he is also elderly and the steps were getting to be an issue for him. Not to mention that if he brought anything home, he had to carry whatever he had up the steps as well. One day he decided he would like to have a chair lift installed, found the number for a competitor of 101 Mobility and made an appointment. There were many problems with this company including they took money from my father in laws checking account without checking in my husband or myself as we had requested during the sales visit, and when they finally sent an installation person, he told us we could not get one installed without making some changes to the stairway and without correct measurements. He said the sales person never measured anything. This process had taken well over two weeks, and then another 10 days to get our $800 returned. We cancelled the installation because of such poor service, but my father in law really wanted to stay in his home so I said I would search for another company to work with.

To my great joy, I found 101 Mobility in Waukesha WI. I called and spoke directly with the owner, who could not have been more understanding and helpful. I explained the situation, and told her that my father in law had been waiting for these few weeks to get the chair lift in and how disappointed he had been that it could not be installed. She talked to me about what my father in law needed, and the products they sold. She told me where they were located and that she thought she could help even though the county where I live is outside of the area they would normally serve. She took my email and my phone and checked immediately with a service person to see when they could come and install a chairlift for my father in law. To my surprise, she said they would come the following Monday and install a chairlift. She asked me to get some measurements and pictures which I did, and she and her installation person reviewed them, confirmed they could install a chairlift for us, and when they would be there to do it. She emailed an invoice to me, and kept in contact the whole time. On Monday morning they were at my father in laws to install the chairlift. They worked non-stop, even though it was 95 and there is no air-conditioning in the lower level of the home. When the chair was installed, they took the time to make sure we knew how to use the chairlift, and they practiced with my father in law. Before they left they cleaned up the area where they worked, even though it was basically outside of the garage. They even asked if there was a broom they could borrow to sweep with. They were very specific to remind us to call them if we had questions or needed any other service. The installation was completed yesterday by 12:30 pm, and as of 2:51 today, I can safely say my father in law has used he chair lift a minimum of 20 times. He loves it, and we are so happy that he has the chairlift he wanted.

It has become very uncommon in todays world to find a company that makes customer service a priority. This one does, and they do it honestly! I would recommend them to anyone anytime.

I've been using various forms of adaptive equipment for 28 years. Yesterday, I spoke to a company representative from 101 Mobility, and for the first time I feel as if I was treated with a little understanding and compassion as opposed to being just another customer. I would highly recommend them!

101 Mobility in Waukesha was very helpful in helping us obtain and use a Liftkar stair climbing device. They helped work with insurance and Medicaid in getting the proper approvals. They were especially helpful with contacting the necessary people to make sure that our new wheelchair modifications would work with both the Liftkar and the restraint system in our new van. They also brought a unit to our house to make sure it would be compatible with our tight stairs. Finally, when the unit was delivered, Donna and her technicians made sure we were not only well trained, but felt comfortable in its operation.

this day and age with all the hussel and bussel its so refreshing to see a family ran company with so much compassion for other human beings. Donna is a breath of fresh air in todays smog. The 101 mobility company helped me by installing a ramp for my husband who had lost a leg, later on Scott got cancer and few months after the cancer got the best of him and he passed away. The ramp was only the physical part of the help Donna gave me, she was also emotionally supportive at a very difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend 101 mobilty of waukesha

101 Mobility installed a Bruno stair chairlift in our two story condo. Measurements were carefully made and accurate and the unit was professionally installed. The ride is smooth up 14 stairs, over a 58 inch landing, and up 2 more stairs. I'm glad I chose to have the extension added so that the chair comes across the upper landing, as I'm now using a Hoyer Lift to move my husband from his wheelchair to the stairlift.
