I had brought in a sentimental leaf that my two-year-old son had given me. It had a perfect heart cutout in the center, and I wanted to preserve this precious memory by laminating it. However, my initial experience left me shattered when I received the laminated leaf covered in air bubbles. I contacted Office Max customer service, and they offered a $10 credit and the chance to redo the lamination.

When I returned to the store on September 23rd, Daniel G. took charge of the situation. He was not only friendly but also determined to solve the problem. Despite running multiple experiments, the initial laminating machine couldn't produce a bubble-free result. However, Daniel's creativity led him to try a larger laminating machine, which did the trick, leaving the leaf perfectly preserved.

The delicate task of removing my leaf from the plastic required precision, and Daniel handled it with care using an exacto knife. He spent his time exclusively with us, ensuring that the job was done flawlessly. Thanks to his dedication, my leaf came out bubble-free and beautiful.
