Walgreens

I came to this Walgreens to pick up a new Water Pik machine. I decided on the flosser & sonic toothbrush, since Walgreens had a good price on it. And because I travel a lot and cannot take my Water Pik with me, I also purchased the travel size Water Pik. Am so happy to be able to keep my teeth cleaning routine.
I can always count on Walgreens when I need health aids.

I’d like to commend the recent changes that have been made at this location. Good pharmacist and excellent staff really make a difference. Thank you and keep up the good work.

This is quite honestly the best Walgreens I have ever used. Unlike my Houston Walgreens, this Delafield location always has stock of my prescriptions, calls and asks how I'm doing, and will process a prescription immediately when asked. They are always friendly and I almost feel like the pharmacists are my friends with how they talk to me. I hope they are doing well because they deserve it.

All Walgreens are not created equal. This place is fantastic. Well oiled machine from Drew the pharmacist to Lindsey the pharmacy manager, James and Nick. I’m leaving people out because I can’t remember names, but you guys are great. My prescriptions are always ready on time or sooner, and the staff is always friendly. There’s a Walgreens across the street, but I drive to this one on purpose.. 👍👍👍👍👍

Can't say enough about the help we received from the manager when we needed posters for a family event. Dee and other staff went out of their way to look for poster board because they did not have enough; called other stores, and got what we needed for the job. They also gavre us advice on how to use the kiosk and the app and gave us quality finished products within the the short time frame we needed them. This is not the first time we've used the photo lab and it definitely won't be the last thank you for the wonderful service.

Roger was incredibly patient with a customer in the drive thru. Despite this customer bring slow and repetitive, he was an angel with her.

I really like this Walgreens. I live in Milwaukee but work in a Hartland. I have to say I enjoy this location much more then the ones near me. If anyone is complaining about this spot they probably should do a comparison to some of the other ones in SE WI. It is clean, most of the staff is friendly and willing to help if need be and it is convenient.

I use the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. Always a friendly store rep and efficient service.

Pharmacy staff work really, really hard and are totally courteous. Generally, the overall pharmacy experience feels rather long, slow. I wonder if the issue is the environment and systems the pharmacy staff must operate in, dictated by “corporate.” I mean, watch how fast the employees in pharmacy are operating. I wonder if they are overwhelmed. The stress just radiates right off of them, across the counter. But they’re smiling and trying really hard.

UPDATE: I have been to this Walgreen a few times in the past few months and they seem to have addressed the management issues I originally complained about. I am therefore raising my rating from a 1 to a 3.

ORIGINAL ENTRY:
I am currently standing inside the store awaiting a prescription. This mind you after sitting in the drive through 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes only to be told my prescription isn't ready yet. It is 3:15 pm and when i dropped the prescrition off at 9:30 am I was told it would be 30 minutes.

This is the first and LAST time I come to this location. Oh yeah, by the way based on my listening in to others going through the Drive up, there are many other folks getting the same poor service and treatment.
