I recently worked with Hannah while renovating my bathrooms in my home. She was incredibly patient with me throughout my several changes. In addition, she had great knowledge about all the products and was easily able to adjust based on my budget and style. Even when there were hiccups with the manufacturer (no fault of Gerhard's), Hannah went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived on time, if not earlier. Renovating a home is a very stressful time, but Hannah made this portion incredibly easy and stress free. I felt very cared for as a customer. Thanks Hannah!

I highly recommend Gerhard's! We remodeled our kitchen and one of our bathrooms with them and I cannot express how fantastic our experience was. Becca was very service oriented and responsive and really understood our style. She helped us achieve our aspirations by selecting the perfect components and making recommendations that truly helped to transform our kitchen into a beautiful, well organized, open and welcoming space that we love to linger in. Our bathroom was also a huge hit – it's romantic, contemporary and timeless all at the same time. Just LOVE everything about it. We will be repeat customers.

When you go to Gerhard's see Louann! She is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. We would call with questions and if she didn't know, she got us the answers right away and called us back promptly. We appreciated how helpful Louann was guiding my wife and I through the process with all our plumbing selections. She was so patient, and was one of the bright spots of the home building process.

We have done 1000's of projects along the way and I have found that the individuals that work at the Delafield Gerhard's Kitchen and Bath Center are outstanding to work in regards to service and expertise. Started off a pleasant experience by visiting the showroom and picking out our plumbing fixtures for our basement project. I received contractor pricing through the business that I work for, which was great not having to pay standard retail. Overall communication was spotty from Gerhard's on lead times and when we could expect our fixtures. I had to check in every time I wanted an update. 5-6 weeks passed until I received the first shipment (expected). Everything was received with the exception of two faucets which were on back order. 2-3 more weeks past and Gerhard's said they have been checking in with the manufacturer but not getting answers and the initial order was lost by one of their vendors. With that said 8 weeks have now passed and they still didn't have any answers on when the two faucets would show up or if they ever would. Overall I do understand they can't control what their suppliers are telling them, however Gerhard's didn't offer any other solutions besides telling me I could go buy the fixtures on Amazon for $250 more than what I already paid at Gerhard's. They would credit back what I paid through Gerhard's, but nothing else. At this point I didn't have any choice but to self source the faucets and pay $250 out of my pocket because Gerhard's wasn't willing to source the faucets themselves from anywhere else. Overall, I was not impressed with the poor customer service or willingness to give me some kind of credit for the hassle of waiting 8 weeks and making me (the customer) source the faucets and pay an additional $250 out of my pocket. Side note: The faucets that I sourced by myself showed up 2 days after I ordered them online. Buyer beware: Long lead times and poor customer service.
