People are always friendly here. Willing to help you with any games you may imagine and seem to really know game systems and the games themselves. My kids always enjoy visiting, and doesn't hurt that Jimmy John's is next door.

Never had an issue here. Store is larger, well maintained and staff has always been friendly and helpful when my son needed it. No complaints, they have always had what we needed and were helpful.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, organized, and kind workers. The store was clean and organized. I had an item that was put aside since it was out of stock at my usual location. They had it ready for me at the register in addition to helping me find a gift. Great experience!

I come to this GameStop for Chad, and I forget the other young guy's name, blonde hair I think. If not for those 2 I would've switched to only online a while ago. They are both very friendly and helpful! Was good to see Chad back today, wasn't there the last 2 times I've stopped. And haven't seen the other guy since like this summer. Might be back in school. Kept it up.

Not enough D&D starter sets actually no sets at all. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great selection of games - and more importantly, I've seen the people working here help countless confused old folks trying to buy Nintendoplayboxes for their Grand kids. The team's dedication and helpfulness is downright heartwarming.

This store has some of the most polite employees and they know what there talking about and keep you informed and sometimes even inform you on stiff you didn't know. They also don't hassle you for stuff.

This is by far the best Gamestop location you can go to. I've been to game stops in Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin. Delafield store does have a great selection, but one time when they didn't have the game I wanted, the young lady was right on the phone to a store in Chicago and ordered it for me to pick up at this store in two days. By far the best customer service!

The employees themselves are heroes for working this job. I feel for them, but it doesn't excuse the ones that are a-holes to customers(unless said customer asks stupid questions).
Delafield is a nicer looking shop and has toys stocked up the wazzoo! Too bad they don't have consoles in stock. I literally was there 2 different days, 1 week than the next week searching for a new or used ps4 pro. They had one ps4 that wasn't a pro, but was a Black ops 3 collector's edition, cool right? Except the nice limited edition controller that matches the console is instead a gen 1 jet black ds4. At least offer choices of colors or at the very least don't pawn off gen 1 DS4's. I heard there currently is a pro shortage, but there was only a single used ps4 console. How is there not a single new ps4 in stock, when Walmart had 5? Stock issues can't always be put on the individual store so I'm mainly questioning why this is?

They need to step up their used prices game collection, esp. when it comes to current titles. For example, a USED copy of Breath of the Wild is still 55 bucks before tax with a pro membership. Most prices are worst than just hitting up the psn/live/eShop to buy it new albeit digitally at often times extraordinary cheaper prices. Where do all the strategy guides go btw? I see Skyrim atlas and Pokemon hardcovers galore but no useful guides that do exist. Why not just keep them, and they'll eventually sell. Unless u just RMA the guides than I understand anyways, get your console stock up, be nicer sometimes and keep up the good work!

Great gamestop location. The staff is very helpful both in store and over the phone. They often have special events for big game releases, and have a lot of collectibles!

The staff here are very helpful. Eric was friendly and willing to answer any questions. The store also has a great selection as well.

I was very surprised how helpful the employee was. I was buying one game for my son and one game for myself, and the girl behind the counter make sure to bring up the fact that one of the games was a rated M game👍🏻

Usually only one person at this location unfortunately I don't know the guy's name but he is very nice and he has been there for atleast 6 years (rough estimate)

Best GameStop around. I ask a lot of questions about games and they have all the answers. Very good at describing games
