I highly recommend this location. Sport Clips is a good concept and this facility is a great example of the concept. The staff has always greeted me within seconds of the door closing (usually before the door closes completely). The stylists are friendly and attentive and their customer service skills are unequaled by other salons in the price range. The quality of the haircut is far better than the price would imply and the service is consistent from visit to visit. Even when busy, the end product is worth the wait.

Walked in just a few minutes before close (on accident😅) and all of the staff was still very friendly and nice! The manager of this location was super friendly and cut/washed me with no problem! Definitely recommend this location.

I was just like you, checking reviews to see if any hairstylists stand out. I saw alot of great reviews for Jill and I was not disappointed when i scheduled a haircut with her. Great personality and even better at haircuts! I even learned a few things about styling my hair. Will be a regular here as long as she is working .

Jill Weber is the main reason I keep coming back. She is awesome. Talented stylist, super nice, funny, friendly and probably one of the best examples of a great employee I've ever seen. She is communicative about her availability with my crazy schedule, always willing to update me on busy times and more accessible times. She maintains a positive demeanor no matter what, never wastes my time (efficient) yet I KNOW I am going to love my haircut because she is just that good. I appreciate knowing that if Jill is cutting my hair, I can relax and enjoy the time and conversation. Jill Rocks!

I have been going to Sport Clips in Pewaukee for a long time and never had a bad experience. Greeted every time walking in the doors and everyone there is great when making sure that you are taken care of. If you are looking for a great haircut and experience, I recommend having Jess cut your hair. She’s easy to talk to, on time, clean, and always has a great attitude!

Really good about doing your haircut right even if it's not a simple style, which is great considering how fast they can move through people. MVP is always worth it. Meghan is the world's greatest stylist.

I took my son in this morning for a haircut and we had Kayla, she was awesome! She listened to what I said and my son had a great experience.

I've been going here for many years now and Jill has always been my go to. She was the first stylist that was actually able to cut my hair the way I wanted it to look for the first time back when I had long hair. When I decided to change it up and go to short hair, she was able to cut it with the same precision and accuracy she did before and has continued to do so. HIGHLY recommend going here and asking for Jill, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve been going to the Sport Clips in Pewaukee for a couple years now. The shop is always clean and all the staff is friendly, Jess K. Is the stylist I use. She is an extremely competent stylist. She is very talented with a clippers, blending the fade and perfecting the flat top. She’s also friendly and fun to talk with while getting your hair cut. 5 stars from this Marine!

I've been going to this Sport Clips location for more than 10 years now and I've never thought twice about having my hair cut anywhere else. Online check-in is incredibly convenient and the MVP extras are worth every penny.

If you're going for the first time, ask for Jill - Jill has been cutting my hair for 10 years, and I won't let another soul touch my hair. She's a talented stylist and on top of it, a fantastic person!

Always have a great experience coming to this Sport Clips, even driving 20+ minutes from home or work to make my appointments. I always request Mandi and have been coming to her for over 10 years. She always knows what style haircut I need and always have great conversations too. I also work with Jill and she is amazing too. The online check in system needs work to be more accurate but definitely saves alot of time to check in online.

Jill Weber provides the best customer service experience I have ever received. Her personality and ability to connect with each person she works with has led her to an amazing book of business for your store. The amount of people who come strictly to get a haircut from Jill is astounding. Personally, Jill and I have developed such a great relationship that I drive from downtown Milwaukee to your Pewaukee location just to have Jill cut my hair. She is amazing, and you are lucky to have someone like her bringing incremental revenue to your store.

I really appreciate a couple of things about this facility - 1) that I can pre-check in with my favorite stylist (Jill) ahead of time and know when to show up.. no waiting to speak of. 2) I very much appreciate the welcoming atmosphere of the store -if someone is not at the front counter, you always hear "Hello, be right there" - every time... Keep up the good work!

One of the best Sport Clips locations I've ever been to. If your looking to cut down on the wait time, I would highly recommend downloading the Sport Clips app. The app allows you to check in online and reduce the wait time. Even though the hair stylists are busy all the time, they always do a great job with the haircuts. I would highly recommend this location
