Mojo's West End Tavern

Had the prime rib special, it was a great price and a great cut cooked just right. The asparagus was grilled with a nice slight char. The staff was great. My side salad was chilled perfectly with a good portion of dressing. My only "little" complaint, the little square bowl it was packed into, resulted in a lot of the salad falling out onto the table no matter what I did. Everything else was perfect for myself and the rest of my party. If in the area I would visit again but ask for a larger bowl to put my side salad in.

We had lunch today at Mojo’s West End Tavern in Portsmouth. Really liked this place for the first time being there. Food, drinks and atmosphere top notch. Our server, Amber was pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly! We’ll definitely be back!

Ate outside, pulled pork mac was probably the best I've had yet. There blackened chicken Ceasar was great. Service, food, pricing, portions and parking all perfect. Will be back!

Came here for the Patriots game today and everything was awesome! The food was excellent and they had great deals for the NFL games. The sangria was delicious but I’d avoid the mermaid mimosa. Amanda, Danielle, Lorna and Nicole were attentive and great bartenders! I even met the owner Kevin and he was very kind and personable. Overall I will definitely be back!!! Awesome sports bar with great, welcoming staff for someone who just moved to Portsmouth!!

The wings are the best in town. Hot buffalo are the perfect amount of heat, enough to get a lil sweat on your brow but not kill ya. BBQ is also really great, even though it doesn’t get the hype it deserves. 32 oz beers served in frosty mugs are the highlight of the show. Coldest brews in town!

Stopped in for lunch with a small group for a bite to eat and a few drinks. The bone-in wings, the St Louis ribs and the pulled pork sliders were outstanding! So good we actually ordered more to take back home for later. Service was great and prices were reasonable. I'd highly recommend a visit at Mojo's West End!

Took our work team for dinner after an Escape Rom. Super friendly staff, Malakai was awesome! Attentive, friendly, just a great server! Our food was delicious. Brisket was melt in your mouth, pulled pork too! The cauliflower apps and fried pickles were unreal. The vegetarians rocked the beyond burgers and loved it! I loved this place. Totally coming back. Thank you!

Stopped by to watch the opening game of the NFL 2021-22 season. It was packed, we got a seat at the bar and had a good view considering there are many TV’s to accommodate anywhere you sit. The manager and the bar tender were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed a few cold beers and the food was great. Cheesesteak egg rolls, chicken wrap with cranberries and walnut salad, and the boneless Buffalo wings were all amazing. Great service and food!

The food was amazing!!! Our server, Andrea was amazing!! Very attentive!! My wife and I are on a diet that restricts us from eating bread, chips, and potatoes (among other things) and they were happy to substitute and accommodate!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Portion were above what I was expecting for the price. I would come back to Portsmouth just to eat here, stinks I live a couple of hours away.

Went on New Year's Eve and had a great time. Strong drinks, tasty bbq, friendly staff.

This has become one of my local haunts. The people who are regulars are incredibly friendly, and I feel safe going there as a single woman. The owner is very friendly, as is the staff. The food is great and I am definitely glad I found this place.

Awesome drinks yummy food great service

We stopped in after trying to catch the Colts game at three other places in southern ME/NH. Everywhere else was too busy to seat us, but these guys, for some reason, had some space available. We were able to enjoy some delicious wings, beers, and lunch. The bacon on the burger tasted like I make it at home. Great experience overall.

We love going here as the staff is friendly and attentive, and they make us feel welcome. Food is prepared consistently well. Managed well by Amanda and great presence by Kevin the owner. Highly recommend this establishment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This establishment is like a second home!! Whatever life's trivialities are, you can always count on Mojo's West End Tavern to come equipped with a tall drink ( usually with a Lemon. Personal preference) a welcoming smile, on point comfort food, and genuine hard working people that are willing to lend an ear and that makes it easier to want to return!

Honestly. My favorite BBQ in the area. The sauce is killer, and that's coming from someone who hates bbq sauce. Spicy, tangy, slightly sweet. The brisket is bomb, the pulled pork is always good, their ribs are certainly better than any chain. The beans are homemade and insane. The mac and cheese always hits and my wife loves the cornbread. All around, it's worth the money, from the portions to the heavy drinks and awesome wait staff. Cheers, guys!

Delicious food and an incredibly attentive staff! Erin was a fantastic server, making sure we had everything we needed (especially extra napkins). I’m excited to come back for seconds!
