Macy's Backstage

Great staff. Clean store. Fun variety of music on the sound system. Great Prices. Good selection. Staff was very helpful and patient with us making a return with no receipt. We wound up spending almost the same amount of what we returned. Everybody was happy ha ha

The prices was really great . I got a coat and a perfume set and also 5 pairs of pants and some shirts. It was a fun time.

Macy's is always a perfect place to go but the backstage is my absolute favorite. Usually Macy's back stages had stuff for more cost efficient. I absolutely love this location because this is only back stage. Some of my good stuff is from Macy's backstage. They usually have brand products too.

It has a good men's ware department. I have gotten active wear, formal wear, and casual clothing from there. They also have a pretty good section for toys. Lastly, I have gotten some skin care and fragrances there that I have not been able to find anywhere else. I've never been dissatisfied from my visits here.

A hidden gem. Loved it, and will go back again for the holidays especially.

Very pleasant environment to shop. Not too crowded. Wide selection and great prices. Would recommend it.

Macy's Backstage is like shopping at Marshalls, Nordstrom rack, and Burlington. There you will find designer clothing at cut rate prices. There is so much to choose from. You might want to plan a day if you want to shop because you will be searching racks and trying on clothes! But you will be satisfied when you leave! Happy shopping!

The staff definitely friendly and helpful. I wish I would gotten the cashier's name. We had a lovely conversation about perfumes and lipsticks, lol. That's what I brought and the color is beautiful. The only thing it feels so gloomy in there. They need a sunroof for some natural light.

This Backstage location was super clean and organized. I actually got a few items of clothing that fit well and was very reasonably priced. Comparingly, it's very Marshalls/TJMaxx type and even have similar types and brands of clothes and items (bags, shoes, home decor, self-care products, etc.). You do find a brand-named gem sometimes though. Overall, very pleased and will be back.

Great prices compared to the regular Macys. Good quality stuff in a variety of different items. There's free parking and staff is good and friendly at least for my experiences I been shopping here for around a year now especially during the Christmas time.

Never a dull moment visiting this Macy's Backstage. They have the absolute cutest decorations for your home. And their shoe selection is of great variety! The customer service is great and the cashiers are quite pleasant

Wonderful service. Kezia wasn’t extremely helpful taking me to the rack I couldn’t find and helping me look for my size.. Also a young man who checked me out helped me out the doors. I wish I got his name.
In a time when many employees don’t care these young people Went out of their way to help. Highly appreciated Five star service.

Love this Macy's. You can buy name brand perfume at a cheap price. Also this past winter, I bought 2 coats from there that were to die for! They are both one of a kind.

A wonderful journey into discounts and bargains. Everything from candles to Burberry handbags are here. I understand why people come here. Worth the trip. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have been a fan of Macys for a while... but I must say that the Macy backstage in West Orange New Jersey well that is the one that I shop at the most.. i go in for the clothes and I stay for a while because of the customer service everyone is so kind and ready to help.. there should be more people like the ones I have met in Macy's backstage....
