As soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They helped me finding everything I needed. The store was organized and clean.

I was having a nightmare of an evening. I had food on the stove, making chili and couldn’t find my can opener. After feverishly looking for 20 mins I decided to go to Whole Foods and just buy one. Of course when I get there they’re sold out. I had 7 minutes to get to Kmart before it closed, which was 7 minutes away. I run in the door, grab the can opener and the manager refused to ring me up, even though I witnessed her ring up other people. I left feeling so frustrated ans defeated. Knowing my night couldn’t get any worse I decided to try CVS, which I knew closed 10 minutes before I got there. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice older employee named Benny. He was kind, willing to listen and most importantly, wanted to help. He quickly sold me a can opener and saved the day. Benny, THANK YOU. Pretty sure I would of gone to bed hungry if not for your help and understanding. Not all hero’s wear capes on Monday nights :-D

The customer service in this location is just wonderful. It was easy to find help and the store itself is huge. I was assisted by a sales associate name Barry at the counter who was just great. He was helpful, informational, and funny. He made my CVS experience of the day fantastic !
