ShopRite of Essex Green

Love this ShopRite, in terms of its proximity to Total Wine, Macy’s Back Stage…and their grocery options. The bakery, deli, produce, meat, fish section, halal and kosher sections are always up to par; and all of the staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve found the halal/kosher chicken to be of a higher quality in taste and texture, and sometimes I prefer buying from that section.
Oh, and the pistachio muffins are nice.

Quick question.
I bought the wrong birthday card. I paid over $7 for it. I was not allowed to return it.
I understand gift cards are nonrefundable but why greeting cards?

This is a huge and seemingly brand new Shoprite that is very nicely decorated with hangar-like ceilings. All the goods you expect are here at the prices you expect. I didn't try them, but the onsite bakery and prepared food bar look very good. Staff are very nice too compared to other Shoprites (ahem, looking at you Livingston Shoprite!).

They upgraded and enhanced a supermarket going by the wayside and revitalized this location to now boast one of the finest shopping experiences you'll find within miles.

The fruit and veggies are always fresh. But... I like this supermarket because of the sushi and the bakery! 😍😋
I was a little bit unsure about the sushi the first time because I really didn't know how long was the sushi there. But... I decided to try and.. OMG the best sushi! Super fresh, tasty... if you like fresh sushi and you don't have time to travel far for sushi??? Definitely you have to come here 👌

I had a great shopping experience at ShopRite of Essex Green! The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I found everything I needed. The prices were also reasonable, and I was able to get some great deals on groceries. I appreciate that they offer online ordering and delivery, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this ShopRite location for all your grocery needs.

Relatively large store with helpful staff; a broader selection of Kosher items than many supermarkets in the neighboring towns might have. This is not the most affordable supermarket; but it’s not the most expensive, either. My several trips toward closing time were pretty wait-free at check-out step.

Great place to buy food, but the self checkout is overly sensitive.

Great parking, clean, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Staff very kind.

For once there weren't dozens of people packing the aisles - but I'm sure they love shopping here for all the reasons I do! Wide selection and I can always find what I'm looking for!

We Always liked this store but today even More! The manager( I believe Darwin ) and his staff so very honest and helpful! My husband lost his phone today while packing bags realized once in car went back & couldn’t find, to coming home back with my phone to try new find. Didn’t find at first & while mgr looking at camera he called again to find… a customer found gave to cashier whom gave to floor mgr! Being a brand new phone, it’s wonderful to know how honest everyone was to turn it in! So thank you everyone !!! There re good honest people still in the world!!

I love this Shoprite! Not only can you shop for food but they have a nutritionist to help you shop and create you meal plan. The sessions are virtual for the past several years so there is no excuse not to sign up. They also have a spot to with a recipe and the necessary items.

Love the Catering section and their cake department or should I say Bakery they have the best chocolate mousse strawberry cake in town my favorite place to pick up groceries snacks, juice, water etc. etc. etc. you can’t shop wrong if you shop right

I looove this ShopRite! From the premium meats at the deli counter to the wide selection in the store and the delicious cakes, cupcakes and breads in the bakery! Plus the customer service is wonderful!

Such a great grocery store!! It is Whole Foods for regular folks. Their hot food selection was delicious. I wanted to try everything but tried to chinese food. So yummy and perfectly seasoned and cooked. They had so many ready made food options and their salad bar was very fresh and tasty. Great spot for travel meals that are healthy and portioned.

Love this ShopRite! Always fully stacked with friendly employees. My daughter loves going here as they have carts for kids to help the parents shop. Everything fresh and organized. The hot food is always good. Lines move fast and smooth. Recommend shopping here- you won't regret it!
