Fletcher Fitness Center

Really well maintained by the friendly work staff. There is a large variety of equipment in a lot of opportunities to work. All sorts of muscle groups.

This is a great gym. A good amount of equipment is here like machines, benches, squat racks, and free weights. A wide range of dumbbells, a racquetball court, and an aerobics room is also on site. The staff is friendly and helpful. Classes and personal training are offered, and admission is free for military an DoD members.

Covid rules in the gym. Wipe every equipment, maintain 6 ft distance. Some treadmills are closed because of the 6ft distance. However the locker rooms and shower are closed.

Good setup and convenient for military, veterans, shipyard workers and associate family members. Wide range of equipment for most circuit training.

Best gym I have been to since this pandemic hit us. Very clean protocols that don't sacrifice a full body workout.

3 quality squat racks, dumbbells up to 150. Plenty of equipment and they open early.

Conveniently located, not crowded and plenty of machines available.

I was one of the original 3 who ran the center. Me, Marie and Sue. Hilary was there too.

Not too busy, updated equipment.
