I had an exceptional experience at Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell, NJ, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Daniel Zamora. My husband and I made the trip from the South Bronx on Wednesday, December 27th at 9 am to address issues with our rear window and retractor passenger seat. This was our first time visiting a dealership other than the one where we originally purchased our car a year ago, and we were immediately impressed.

Christine Was able to distract my son for a bit while Gustavo and I finished making arrangements for my car to stay there. Anyone that's tried to buy a car the last couple years knows what a challenge it's been. Several times I appeared close to purchasing a vehicle, only to have unscrupulous dealers throw some surprise sticker shock in at the very end. Each time I walked.

Then I was lucky enough to draw internet appointment scheduler Cindy, and salesman Rocco, at Paul Miller Honda in West Caldwell, while shopping for a 2023 CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring model. Straightforward from the start. Here's what the car costs, here's what you get for your trade-in, here's the final cost after trade-in and taxes. None of the games I'd experienced at competing Honda and Toyota dealerships. We had a deal in maybe less than hour. I wasn't too surprised, having had many positive interactions with other Paul Miller dealers/service departments in my area.

I was anticipating a wait until the vehicle I'd found on the website was in stock, as it was listed as "In Transit" at the time of contacting Paul Miller. But, as an added bonus, it had arrived on the lot that very day I had my appointment. Two days later, I drove it home. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle - and the experience. This had to have been one of the smoothest car leasing experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve bought one previous car from here and leased one previous and while those were smooth, this one was seamless. There was no jerking around on numbers and trying to get me to get something else. I told them what I want and the numbers I needed and had papers signed in less than an hour. Once my car arrived in less than 3 weeks, I was called as soon as it came in. He sent me pictures of the car since I had not even seen it yet, which was nice of him to do for me. I was able to pick it up the next morning and they knew I was tight on time so they had everything ready for me. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with my new car. ROCCO was my salesman and he was awesome! I credit his help and diligence to how smooth this all went!! It was almost too good to be true how awesome this experience was.Highly recommend Paul Miller and highly recommend Rocco. If Rocco isn’t available ask for Justin, he is great too.

After considering for months to get a new leased vehicle versus a return-lease used vehicle. I decided to make my stop at the Paul Miller Honda Dealership in Caldwell. Within two hours, I was impressed to have been approved and welcomed back into the Honda family of leasing a vehicle and immediately fell in love with the 2017 Honda Civic Hatch Sport vehicle that I included the 36 month Maintenance Service, Preferred coverage of $5,000 for Wear and Tear, Tire and wheel. The 5-Yr Protection Plus warranty anti-theft security system included as well. I stepped out with a new vehicle and that's amazing!! Online appointment booking system was fast and easy to use. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and spacious.

I recently leased a 2022 Pilot Special Edition on September 17 of 2022. My salesperson was Justin Hinton. He did a great job. Greeted us at the door, provided us beverages of choice, and was quick to provide us a fair deal. I went to the dealer around 9:30am and was driving out by 11:00 am.

Had a very good experience/service. Went in for A/C Condensor issue , which lucky had extended warranty. My service advisor Gustavo was very helpful from drop-off to pick-up. Once my car was ready , my advisor called & arranged a courtesy valet driver (Dennis) to pick me up 20+ minutes to my home. Satisfied with my visit. Would give more than 5/5 stars.
