I bought a bottle of perfume from here through Ebay. Good price, free shipping took a week to get to Texas. The bottle made it ok, even though it was only wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a bubble wrap envelope and shipped by USPS.

Perfumes at great price, it is worth the trip.

(Jan 20, 2019 – UPDATE): On Jan 17, 2019 (one day after my Google review) the owner of Cosmic-Perfume responded (see below). The owner stated “As was communicated, we were closed for year end inventory count and have now reopened for regular business.” Not sure how that was “communicated” because I did not see it on the website, not did I hear it in the voice response system when I called multiple times (and I tried all four options by the way) nor did I get an email return receipt of any kind. On a positive note, I did get an email on the same day of the owner’s response stating that a refund had been issued. It takes a couple days to hit your credit card so I waited and sure enough I received a refund on Jan 19 so “thank you Cosmic-Perfume!” In the end, I bought an item, returned an item and did receive a full refund – for this I have increased my rating from one star to two. So Cosmic-Perfume may not be a scam, it is interesting though that I did not receive a reply or refund until I started sharing my story so who knows.

(Jan 16, 2019 - ORIGINAL REVIEW) I purchased a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift for my wife from Cosmic-Perfume. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong perfume so I had to return it. What is MOST unfortunate is that I ordered from Cosmic-Perfume at all. This company is nothing but a scam. I returned the perfume, unopened and unused, in the original box. I followed all of the instructions on their website for a return. Their website promises a "30-DAY No-Questions-Asked RETURN POLICY" and that "refunds will be processed within 2 business days". It has now been 16 days and not only has there been no refund, they have not even replied to my calls or emails to inquire about the refund. When I call they have never answered the phone, not even the line to place an order (that is the sure sign of a scam company if they don't even pick up the order line). I share this story to warn others. Don't make the same mistake, you can't trust Cosmic-Perfume, do not buy from them!
