After a long wait, I finally have my 2024 Ford Ranger XLT

Once it arrived, Wayne Ford made the buying process easy and sold the truck to me for the price agreed 7 months prior. Some Ford dealers are ripping people off for in-demand vehicles with crazy fees and “adjustments”, but not at Wayne Ford.

I appreciated that they took the time to show me some of the technology in the truck before I left.

I was back last week for my first oil change and the experience was great. The waiting area is a comfortable place to hang out and my service took about an hour, as promised. I didn’t have to jump through hoops to use my free oil change points either which was surprising.

Extremely satisfied with this dealer so far and the truck itself is a fantastic piece of equipment.

Let me just say that from day 1 the staff at Wayne Ford went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle that I wanted to purchase rather then trying to push me towards other vehicles they wanted me to buy (like I experienced at other dealerships). They answered all my questions and worked with me every step of the way. During the delivery period they stayed in touch and made sure everything was perfect for pick up day. I recently ordered my car from Wayne Ford, and the service was fantastic. My sales representative was Edgar, and Jordy was my finance manager. The delivery took less than two months, which was actually faster than planned. Both Edgar and Jordy provided prompt service; if you have any questions, they will be there to answer them. What a great service in what could have been a bad situation. Driving home from work in torrential rain I ended up getting two nails in my tire and losing air fast. I happened to be near Wayne Ford and pulled in to the service area. Michael Williamson happened to be in the area and calmed me down, had my tires plugged and filled! I bought a Mache E from Wayne ford. It was my easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel pressured. My salesman was Patrick and he is an amazing individual. He was very knowledgable and polite. Even after buying the car he reached out to me to see how everything was going and if I had anymore questions. Jordy the finance gentlemen who took care of all the paperwork was knowledgable and kind.
