UPDATE BELOW !!!!!! I needed hardware for my job, On a very rainy, dreary Sunday morning I adventured out and went to the furthest home depot. I could have went to the one closest to me within 10 minutes but after grabbing a Dunkin coffee I just stayed on that highway... I brought a sample of what I needed and after not finding it on my own I went down the next aisle and found Jack. A very cheerful gentleman who knows his stuff and within 15 seconds I had what I needed. This gentleman made my morning, my day, my week.. I was so thrilled to have my product.. So my 5 star review goes out to Jack I hope he gets recognized, . Even though it was a small item, his quick response to help, his fast action finding it and his overal poliet demeanor was the sunshine on my rainy day. UPDATED VISIT !!! The encounter today was with TAFF, I needed information on a product that was for someone else I was shopping for. Soooo courteous, engaging conversation, extreamly helpful. This Home Depot location truly employs thee most fabulous people and I'm so happy to shop here no matter what the item might be. Thank you TAFF for your wonderful assistance.

I get all my home repair stuff and boxes. The home delivery of items to Paterson NJ from here is terrible. My dryer and fridge both arrived damaged. Two days before my dryer was supposed to be delivered it snowed so they canceled the delivery and made me wait another week to get it and then delivered it with a massive dent so I refused it and had to wait another week and a half for another one to be delivered. They did give me a partial refund on the items because of the issues but I would have rather had an undented item delivered quickly.

Surprisingly staff is very attentive and helpful. I was looking for some plants and the nursery’s manager himself as is not the busiest time, help me look for anything i needed and gave me ideas of outdoor plants for this weather. Then the floor assistant manager help me to take all my items to the car after some other orientations.

i went to the customer service desk to pick up an order. at first they werent able to find it which was irritating, but the girl helping me nelia was able to make the experience super easy and i was able to get my order. very sweet and kind lady.

After going to 2 other Home Depot’s and not being able to find the ac I was looking for, even though they said they had it in the store, I called this Home Depot and spoke to Hashish. He was very helpful and personally went to go look for the ac that I wanted. When I got to the Home Depot he was there and helped me find it. He was so helpful and nice. This Home Depot is the nicest one I’ve been to and they have a helpful and friendly attitude there. Thank you again Hashish!

Will and Dante were extremely helpful. I went in there clueless, and they took the time to explain how to do things correctly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

This was the best home depot I have ever been in. There was an employee, Carlos, who was the nicest and most helpful person that I have ever encountered. He was able to find what I was looking for, put it on a cart, wheeled it to the front, got on line with me, and then wheeled it outside and helped me load it. All while having a smile and having a good conversation.

It was incredibly great I found what I needed I got lots of help team members were incredible
