I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe at Sleep Number, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service and expertise he provided. My wife and I were in the market for a new bed, and Joe made the entire experience not only informative but also enjoyable.

He took the time to understand our specific needs, preferences, and concerns, demonstrating a genuine interest in ensuring we found the perfect bed for us. Joe's extensive knowledge of Sleep Number products and the science behind their technology was truly impressive. What stood out most was Joe's commitment to making us feel informed and confident in our purchase. He patiently walked us through the various options, explaining the unique features of each bed and how they could cater to our individual sleep preferences.

In the end, my wife and I left the store feeling not only informed but genuinely excited about our new Sleep Number bed. Joe's expertise, patience, and genuine concern for our sleep needs turned what could have been a stressful purchase into a delightful experience.

Went to Sleep Number today and had a great experience! Ronnie was excellent and very helpful but the whole staff was friendly and considerate of all needs being met. Excited for the delivery and getting a great night of sleep! It’s obviously a big investment but they have a great selection and financing available.

Both Joe and Adam were very helpful in explaining everything about the sleep number bed. It was a pleasant experience and we did by the bed. We are looking forward to a very restful sleep.

Salesman Adam was not pushy. Explained my options. Even when I went back to change something on my order, he took the time to explain everything.

Purchased the CSE and the experience was great!!! Met Adam and he went over all options and spent a lot of time with us. He really made it a fun experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t make the purchase with him as we needed time to make a decision but we did know that we would be back. When we went back we met Alana and she was equally as great. Because of Adam and Alana and how professional they are we felt secure and happy with our purchase. Can’t wait for my bed to arrive and finally sleep well again.

We purchased a mattress from this location. Ronni provided an excellent customer service, she is knowledgeable, kind and patient not pushy at all. The store is clean, their sales are great. We love our mattress.

I stop in the Totowa location to try out the Sleep Number beds in person after seeing several commercials and taking the assessment online. Adam showed me the differences between all beds and the features, which was very helpful. If I would have ordered online without going in the store, I would chosen incorrectly. Although it was not my intention, thanks to Adam's guidance I found the best bed for me and did not hesitant in make the purchase the same day. I look forward to my future of comfortable sleep from the delivery moving forward.

I have gone to other Sleep Number Stores, and I have the treatment that I received at this store. From the manager, Hayden, to all his employees, all are knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and incredibly helpful. They are the reason I finally bought a bed. I should have known about this store years ago. I am beyond happy with their products and service.

I had a wonderful experience when buying my sleep number bed! I worked directly with the sales woman Alana and she was absolutely wonderful. Alana and the other sales woman were both kind, not pushy, very accommodating, and overall just nice people. If anyone wants a sleep number, I HIGHLY Recommend the Totowa, NJ location.

Ronni, along with everyone at the store was so helpful and generous. If I needed more than one bed I would shop here again. But I highly recommend anyone to stop in.

I went to the store last week not knowing anything about Sleep Number beds or what I was even really looking for in particular. Ronni greeted my father and I and let me try out multiple beds and described each of their own unique amazing features. I didn’t buy a bed that night but she made sure to follow up with me. I came in about a week later and made my purchase, along with other items Ronni suggested. She even showed me how to use the SleepIQ app and how to get started once I get my bed. Both visits were very pleasant and I found Ronni to be very helpful and nice. Definitely recommending to friends and family. And cant wait to have my bed delivered :)

Went in on a Sunday, we were in and out in less than an hour. I had already done a fair amount of research but Hayden was a literal wealth of information. He was so nice and took most of my anxiety away from a fairly large purchase. We are so pleased with our decision!

I’ve never been so excited to go to bed. The technology and comfort of their products are unmatched. And Ronnie was very knowledgeable and so accommodating towards us. We felt like we were at home with her and she gave us the best advice. Such a great customer service experience. Excited to be a part of the sleep number family.

Excellent service - patient and knowledgeable staff. Spent quite a bit of time going through options and trying out different models and accessories. I was sold on the product and looking forward to enjoying my very own sleep number!
